Property was exactly as described. Very clean and well organized. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room to sit and chat in living room or by the fire at night as well. We did not do any cooking at the house but if we did, it was well equipped. Very cozy and we also enjoyed sitting out by the water(plenty of chairs there as well. Thank you Mike for a great experience!!!!

We had a wonderful time again this year staying at the lake cottage We had our family and furry friends all together and loved the one level floor plan to have everyone together. The lake views were amazing and our kids loved the yard to play games in again this year.

This is a true lakefront property. The lake is in your back yard. I like its setting in the back because the house and deck sits back further from the lake than the neighbors on either giving more privacy. The house sits closer to the main road which didn’t bother us because the lake is in the back along with the deck so that is where our time was spent. The house was clean and very well stocked. If they don’t have it, you don’t need it. Owners on both sides (neighbors) were very nice. Mike, the owner of this house was very nice and very quick to answer any questions that I had. Location was great because it was close to stores and different towns.

Mike is wonderful to work with. The property is beautiful. It has everything you can think of, no need to bring much with you! Close to all attractions and shopping. This is the second summer we have stayed and will be back again! Great place to host family! Five stars!

IMMACULATE!!!! Everything was new and clean! The owner was incredibly helpful and responsive to any of my questions. Great people! Everything was comfortable and convenient; they thought of everything we could need. Being a “pet friendly” rental, you would never know! No trace of pets ANYWHERE. Excellent rental!

This lakeside home had everything we needed for a week of fishing with our five boys and 2 aunts! self entry was easy and the house clean when we arrived. Mike was easy to communicate with! the boys loved the kayaks! It was a great week of fishing for everybody!

We were very pleased with all aspects of this vacation rental. The place was clean and had all the comforts of home. The location of the house was perfect for viewing Chautauqua Lake and taking pictures of the fall leaves from sunrise to sunset.

The property was lovely - spacious, clean, well-appointed, and conveniently located to breweries, restaurants, coffee shops (we loved Ryders Cup and went several times), grocery stores, and lots of activities. We loved the area and will definitely be back. Would definitely re-book this property!

This Lake house was beautiful! It provided all the conveniences of home and more. No small detail was over looked. The property manager had wonderful communication from the time of booking, leading up to our stay, and while we were visiting! We loved being right on the lake, fishing, kayaking and enjoying all of the fall views. We had a wonderful time, made lots of memories and can’t wait to visit again!!!

Wonderful stay at this superb vacation home. I’m saying “home” because everything about the rental made you feel so at home. I have never stayed at a better organized, well stocked , and cozy vacation rental. The beds were extremely comfortable and everything was so clean. There was plenty of space and we were so grateful for the property being pet friendly! There is a great little park just down the road , where your dog can run. Our golden enjoyed walks there every day a quiet road along the lake. Mike was wonderful to communicate with and so helpful. I would highly recommend this beautiful home! We had a wonderful time visiting Lake Chautauqua! The house was perfect, had a great view of the lake and was close to everything. We especially loved cooking in the well equipped kitchen and the firepit. Great memories were made and we will definitely return!

The property was exactly as presented in the ad. It was very clean, and the owner had all the little “extras” that make a stay so special. Even our Goldendoodle felt the love seeing a sign about Goldendoodles! We were celebrating my mom’s 90th birthday, and she had the best time. We had a beautiful time at the lake, enjoying the views from the deck. The house was beautiful and clean and worked well for our family of eight. Our kids enjoyed the games and the family friendly atmosphere. The kitchen was stocked with the necessities and we were not needing anything to make meals during our stay, Mike was very responsive to any questions we had and we love that our dogs could be included in our trip. Very Clean, Beautiful home. Yard was well set up for family picnics(Dining outside). The Blackstone grill was awesome, my son has one at home, and he did most of the cooking all week, he enjoyed this. The chairs out on the dock were set up perfectly for watching the sunset on the lake, I took some beautiful pictures! The nice big dining table inside was great for the whole family to sit around and play games at night. All in all we had a perfect week! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us..

The property was even better than the pictures! Bedrooms had a lot of room. Close to everything. Could launch the boat quickly down the street. Many nice amenities (kayaks & Blackstone) and air conditioning was a plus! The owner was great to communicate with. We will definitely return!

This is a beautiful house inside and the property contained everything you could possibly need. Went with my wife and parents and had a great time fishing off the dock. We caught several fish and enjoyed the surrounding area. Everything was very clean and the property was well maintained.

Lakehouse was perfect for our Mother/daughter weekend. It had everything we could possibly need for our weekend stay. House was so clean and comfortable. The location on the lake was very convenient to Chautauqua attractions. We especially enjoyed the fire pit, the kayaks, and relaxing on the dock. Our only regret is we didn't plan a longer stay!

We had a great weekend. The house was a perfect location on the lake with great outdoor space. The inside was very clean and very well laid out. We relaxed on the dock, ate on the deck and enjoyed the fire! We had our 15lb dog with us or loved the yard space. I would definitely recommend and will absolutely try to stay here again!
