The position is very useful to visit Pittigliano and the room was close to a balcony with a beautiful panoramic view of Pittigliano's valley! The host was kind and helpful

Location is great - at the edge of historical center. Claudia is very friendly and attentive. Our room was spacious enough for 5 persons and it was clean. Equipped with air conditioner and a little fridge - everything we needed in hot summer days. You can also park in their garage nearby for extra fee and your car remain cool, which is nice when travelling during summer with children. Additionally, the food in their restaurant, which is just accross the street, was delicious.

The location is excellent. The accommodation is located in the ZTL zone (beginning of the zone), i.e. in the old city center - priceless. Covered parking, which the accommodation offers for a small fee, is just across the street, which is already outside the ZTL and only a minute from the accommodation - excellent. The room is furnished and decorated in the style of the old town, very nice, with a large common terrace and they offer all the necessary infrastructure. The owner is very attentive and friendly. Their restaurant with traditional dishes is excellent, in my opinion one of the best on a trip to Italy. Thank you Claudia.
The only thing I didn't like was that I spent the night here and was pampered for only three days... 😁

not much. very tired but a great view of the city wall from the terrace. staff was excellent but accommodations weren’t the best.
NO HOT WATER! NO HEAT!!!We were told we could have hot water and heat for 10 euros more! Really? Really? geez!!!

Really FAB location.. Restaurant food was really nice, had a good Breakfast and also lunch.
Only for a later check out… But that’s only because we were super tired, and wanted to sleep a little longer. Host is/was super lovely, would for sure recommend!

We really loved it a lot, moreover we ended up looking for this accommodation in the very last moment, because we had to cancel another one. This was actually our chance to enjoy this fantastic village Pitiliagno. We have seen it on the way to our preliminary planned accomodation and the moment, it didnt work for us due to bad services, we immediately comeback and looked for a nice restaurant (the Pizzas are really great) and for accommodation there.
It is on the plazza of this beautiful town and also offered a parking. We had a breakfast downstairs at the nearby cafe.
There was no air condition, only a fan, but it was quite hot and it was not sufficient. I still give them excellent credit, because the haus was really fantastic.

No staff for Check in waited 1hr and tried different Phone nrs... not nice when you come from a day on the bike... finally someone came but did only speek Italien.
Sorry but i can not recommend this place
