It was as shown. A fun week!

We were staying in Orlando for business, but wanted some relaxing fun for the kids. Windsor Hills has the perfect mix. The house was fantastic with an updated feel and themed bedrooms that were realistic and fun for the kiddos!

This home was perfect for our family vacation. The facilities could not have been better! Having the pool and hot tub out back was a thrill for the kids, we couldn't get them out. The water park on site was awesome! Wonderful memories....thank you, Keith!

This was our second year renting this property. We had an even better time this year. We only did 2 days at the Disney parks so we took advantage of the playground which is a very short walk from the house and the resort pool. My kids loved the splash pad, water slides, and large heated pool. We can’t wait for our next visit.

Had a great time to celebrate New Years and my daughter's birthday in a very clean and safe neighborhood. The heated pool and spa were perfect every day. The TV setups were perfect and any small issues we came across were immediately addressed. Looking forward to our next stay.

This house is just like the photos. It was a great location for going to the parks and there is a Walmart right down the street we were able to order groceries to for when we arrived. The house was very clean and well stocked. The kids loved having all of the video games and the fun themed rooms. We would definitely stay here again if we were to make another trip to florida.

Amazing property!! The game room was incredible!! From the youngest to the 40 somethings, they all found games to play. The vintage video games were a huge hit!!

Great vacation home close to all the Disney Orlando attractions. Plenty of room for us all and great layout for privacy. Our adult children and our grandchildren loved the Stars Wars room and the game room. The pool was nice after a day of golf and returning from the theme parks. Our family enjoyed out time there! It was a holiday week so the resort water park pool was full everyday so get there early to get a lounge chair or table with umbrella. Great Memories made!

We had a great time at this house! The BEST sleep and relaxation! So close to restaurants and Disney parks! The kids of all ages enjoyed the private pool and game room! Clean and fast responses when needed. Really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

We stayed here as a group of 3 kids and 7 adults. There were plenty of rooms, lots of entertainment, and space for everyone to have fun.

Great house great location. Very clean. Hard for us to use the pool as the pool cover was ripped open by a storm and bit fixed when we were there. I see why they use the covers lots of bugs. Not the home owners fault just weather. We would stay again.

We stayed at this home for 11 days over spring break 2023, and had a great experience! The home was beautiful and had great location to the Disney Parks and local shopping. I would HIGHLY recommend this home as it exceeded our expectations! A great example of the level of service was when the patio TV stop working over the weekend. I send a non-emergency message to the property manager expecting them to not contact us until Monday. However, within 2 hrs someone was at the home looking at the TV! We can not say enough nice things about working with the owners and the property managers. Our kids keep asking when we get to go back. :)

Loved the house. Very clean. Tons for kids to do. Pool was great and heated to a good temperature. Community pool was absolutely packed, but that’s why having the private pool was perfect. Property managers were responsive and helpful. Hope to be back here in the future.

We had a great time staying at a vrbo for the first time in Orlando. It was easy to get to the parks and relaxing to have a home to return to each day. My boys loved the game room and the themed bedrooms. We would definitely stay again.

The house was great however due to the limited parking, we will not be staying at Windsor Hills again.

This house was amazing. It was my first trip to Disney World and I think they liked the house better than the parks. Between the game room, the theme bedrooms, and the pool they had an absolute blast. We are already planning our trip down next year and would love to stay here again.

Everything was exactly as listed. Awesome property and perfect for a large family with kids. Couldn’t have chosen a better house. Loved the house, but wasn’t a huge fan of the amenities at the resort. Luckily, with this house, we didn’t need them.

Everything was wonderful overall. Rooms were incredible and the kids loved the stay! Very convenient location. Only issue was we registered 12 people and were only given 6 towels and took two days to get enough in the house for everyone without having to wash them.

An excellent property. Rooms are big and spacious. The Star Wars and Harry Potter rooms were huge hits with the kids. Pool was great and a good temperature (with pool heat!). The waterpark attached to the resort was super and the convenience of having on site food was great. Walmart is within walking distance (2km away). We’ve stayed at Windsor hills for 5 years but this is the first time to stay in a 6br because we went with friends. I would definitely stay at this property again.

We had the best time! Super clean, family friendly, great communication! Perfect location! We have already told several friends and family to book here for their next vacay!!

We loved this property! We had 6 adults and 3 teens and everyone had plenty of room to spread out. The beds were very comfortable. The kids LOVED the Star Wars themed bedroom with bunk beds and the game room. Every night we jumped into the pool and hot tub to relax after walking the parks all day. The house is well decorated, very clean, has everything you need, and feels brand new. One day we went to the clubhouse pool and the kids played in the arcade and on the water slides while we ordered margaritas at the bar. We will be back next year. Just book this place and call it done!

The home is beautifully decorated with fun themed rooms for the kids. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Pool and hot tub were great. We heated them and the temperature was perfect. The hot tub was nice and warm. The street behind the pool is not busy so do not let that deter you from renting this house. House was clean and nicely decorated. The house guide book could have had more specific information. It is made by the rental company and says “check your community’s rules.” It should give more specific directions for each house for where garbage is, pool lights…. Management company was very responsive and easy to get a hold of.

Overall, my family/I enjoyed our stay at this rental property. There are some noticeable imperfections and issues we experienced that should be addressed based on the five-star price being charged for this rental. Pros: -The location of the rental is close to Disney parks. -Walmart right around the corner as well as fast food places, gas stations, etc. should you need anything. - The resort itself is safe (as there are street cameras on every corner). - The house itself was clean with the exception of the insects. - The game room is huge. - The communication prior to check-in was great. The response time from the Pro Agent group (Katie) is amazing. Cons: Upon checking in, there were issues throughout the house that were noted which we advised the property agents of immediately. While this list may seem minor, it is important to note given the price of this rental property, which is even higher than the rate we paid during peak season: - The living room sliding patio door STILL does not shut completely, which is also documented in another review by Charles S. in July 2022. Because it does not shut completely, this allows for all of the Florida bugs/insects mentioned previously to crawl or fly into the house. - In addition to the patio door not completely closing, the curtains provided do not have the necessary amount of panels for privacy. This leaves a huge gap in the middle of the door which allows for not only the street lights to shine through, but road traffic to see in as well. - The air hockey scoreboard in the game room is inoperable. - The blinds in the Harry Potter guest room do not close at all (which leaves no privacy). - The mini blinds in the upstairs guest room were installed in a way that does not allow for them to be opened, which means they are permanently closed. - The arcade game systems in the Star Wars room are stuck on one screen (left tv) and the other system (right tv) will not load a game without flickering between screens. - The communication after check-in was not responsive with Palm State property management. There were quite a few items that would have needed to be addressed after check-in if we had a bigger group using the rental. - The property management team attempted to withhold our deposit for pre-existing damage. Recommendations: 1.) Please review all reviews on VRBO prior to booking this property in order to make your own decision. 2.) Research the property management team on Florida BBB website.

A. Wonderful place to stay, everything was wonderful and clean . Small issue with leaking toilet seal but was fixed that day!! Kids loved the games and star wars bedroom. I had to leave a day early due to medical and the owners were very kind and accommodating. Would definitely stay again and again!!

We gathered as a family at this property and spent time at both universal and Disney. The drive to both was very short although there was lots of traffic that often made drive times longer than expected just to give a heads up. The game room was a big hit for all ages and we enjoyed time on the back patio during the day and in the evening after the little ones went to sleep. I would definitely stay at this property again and recommend it to others.

The property was beautiful and bedrooms were all decorated beautifully as well as comfortable. Game room was beyond excellent. Something for everyone
