We were two families traveling together with a total of 5 kids (ranging in age from 8-16). From The moment we booked this home, the communication began with Lisa, the owner. She game some excellent recommendations on restaurants and things to do in the surrounding area with kids. With the time we had, we did follow some of her suggestions which were all perfect for what we were looking to do. As for the home, it was a dream come true! Enough room for the 9 of us, great location, extremely comfortable beds and bedding, fully stocked kitchen and more amenities than we ever would have expected with renting a home. We will 100% book this again the next time we come to town and will tell anyone and everyone we know about this home if they mention heading to this area. You can not go wrong with this home away from home! Thank you Lisa for everything!!

We loved this property. Very clean and updated. My boys loved the pacman and galaga arcade games and x-box with multiple game selections. The property was perfect. Only problem was that we stayed here to go to Sedona and the road between Munds Park and Sedona was closed because of all the snow they had received. This made for a long trip to Sedona so would check to be sure this road is open prior to booking. As long as access to Sedona is easy, this is the perfect home.

We stayed a long weekend and the cabin was perfect! Well equipped to cook and spend time relaxing. Both the kids and adults enjoyed the amenities. Location allowed us to spend a day in Flagstaff and a day in Flagstaff. The owner provided all details we needed in advanced and followed up throughout our stay.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Knotty Pine for a weekend getaway as a family of 8 (6 adults and 2 kids 3 and 8yrs) and it was the best experience! The cabin is exceptionally done with the perfect mix of cabin and modern interior. Ever detail is thought of! Nice quiet street. Plenty of space for 8 people to lounge and move about. All 4 rooms are spacious big beds, great layered bedding, lots of pillows, beautiful new furniture, dimming lights and ceiling fans and TVs. The kids loved their room with the full-size tee-pee styled beds, books and the Xbox in the loft lounge area! I loved being able to stay upstairs in the bedroom adjacent to the kids room so convenient! All rooms came with sound machines too, smart! The fireplace and big sectional was a huge hit for some family hang time. The open concept layout downstairs is lovely. The bathroom towels were nice and plush, the kitchen has EVERYTHING! Easy to navigate, cute coffee and cocoa area with so many thoughtful amenities and I loved the island style seating at the counter! I appreciated the little holiday decor added during our stay to keep it feeling like the holiday season as we stayed here for a birthday and went to The North Pole Experience in flagstaff for the first time, easy 20 min drive! Lisa's communication was great and responsive, and the check in and out was so simple. She even checked to see if any of the recent snowfall that week stuck around so we could be better prepared. If staying in the winter just be patient with warming up the cabin after arrival, it takes a few hours to get there with the central heat but it will, Lisa was great in letting me know this when I asked after we arrived. Overall the cabin was fantastic and we highly recommend it! Thank you Knotty Pine for helping us make some great memories ❤️

We enjoyed our stay at Knotty Pine. It had everything we needed and more than enough space for our our group of 4. Neighborhood is quiet and easy access to many sites in Northern AZ. We visited Sedona, Flagstaff,and took the train from Williams to the Grand Canyon.

What an amazing experience from locating it and communicating with the owner through the experience and at checkout. The home is its own Pinterest page. Bravo! Can’t wait to come back.
