We had an incredible stay! The home is perfect for three couples. Extremely easy check-in and check-out processes.

The house was very spacious and super cute. We were accommodated by checking in a little early. The first night we saw roaches crawling on the floor and dead ones all under the couch. We reached out to the home owner immediately and they said they would try to get pest control out there the next morning. We did not hear anything else after that after asking if they were coming and no one came from pest control. We had to keep all of our luggage,clothing, shoes etc. off of the ground so we wouldn’t bring home any roaches! Overall was a fun time but quickly disturbed by those nasty bugs!

The outside of this house is modest and unassuming but once we opened the door we were amazed at how light, bright, spacious, modern it is. Three good sized bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms. The showers were large, the kitchen well stocked, the living room comfy. Everything was perfect.

The house is conveniently located, beautiful and as described. I’d highly recommend to others and return in the future!

Super cute house just a few blocks from Main St. Loved the 3 bedrooms each with their own updated bathrooms. House was bright, clean and inviting with plenty of room and amenities. Can't wait to return to FBG and would certainly stay at this property again.

This house was perfect for our group of 6 adults. Wondeful amenities. Having bathrooms in each bedroom was great. The house was immaculate. Highly recommend!

They did a great job with the remodel. Lots of space to relax with family. Everyone loved having their own en-suite bathroom. Great location. Ample parking. Very nice overall.

The house is up to date and very nice inside due to a remodel. Each bedroom having its own full bath is very nice. I only wished the bedrooms had a ceiling fan, and my bathroom window had a window covering. The location is so convenient, we walked to dinner on main street one night. There were some minor issues with the house (light bulbs out, interior door wouldn't close) that I felt did not need immediate attention. I mentioned that via the app and there was an immediate acknowledgement. And one other thing, the TV does not have a cable box, so you will need to log into a streaming service that you use. Overall, I would stay here again if being close to main street is a priority.

The home was large, modern, clean. It was much nicer than the pictures show. The front of the house looks a little subpar, but you will not regret staying there. We would definitely come back!

Property is amazing and everything is brand new. Location is close enough to walk to Main Street, but it’s still quiet. Perfect for three couples.

House was perfect for 3 couples in Fredericksburg for wine and distillery tours. Walking distance to the main store and great restaurants. Very clean and comfy beds. Thoughtful touches by the host to make the house more than comfortable. Highly recommend.

Great spot that came as advertised--perfect for 3 couples. Great communication and quick full refund of our deposit. If we return to Texas wine country, we certainly would try to stay here again!

We had a delightful getaway in Fredericksburg and staying at this charming property gave us easy access to all of the wonderful shops and restaurants in town.

Very easy to rent

This property did not disappoint! It was well representative of the photos, and then some. Centrally located and walking distance to Main Street, dining and nearby museums.

This is one of the best Vrbo’s we’ve ever stayed at hands down. The property manager was great with communicating and the house was fabulous! Literally everything and more than we hoped for. If we go back, this will be the property we book.

Three couples stayed at this newer VRBO property and the house served us well. Three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, an open floor plan, a big comfy couch that easily accommodated all of us and rocking chairs on the front were all highlights. Of course, the location being walking distance to Main Street was also very appealing. Lee was very accessible and responsive being in contact with us daily to check in. If we have the opportunity, we’ll definitely return.

Newly renovated property! Extremely comfortable beds! Conveniently located!

Wonderful property very conveniently located. Each bedroom has an on-suite bathroom which was very convenient! Gorgeous house equipped with everything you need for your stay!

We could not get the tv’s to work. There we no instructions on how to sign on to get cable to work. Texted through VRBO to contact owner and/or property manager on the problem. Took two and 1/2 days for property mgr. to finally set up new account and for us to access one channel. Our friends had to use their sign on for us to access other channels. Owner and/or property manager was responsive but the VRBO text messages were cumbersome because Wi-Fi was down for first 2 1/2 days. Had to be in town to get some messages. The dining table was extremely rough. It snagged clothing, nails were sticking up, and splinters were many. We finally put a quilt over the table so we could use it safely. This table was not the one shown in pictures of the rental. I notified the owner about this problem after our stay. The front bedroom with bathtub and shower had a bit of an air conditioning problem when we first arrived but it was much better on the 2nd day. There was no drawers or shelving for clothes in this bedroom. There is a closet with a hanging rod and hangers but no shelving. Back bedroom had two medium drawers. There is a closet with a hanging rod and hangers but no shelving. Everything else was good in the rental. The beds were comfy, and the towels were plentiful. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and meeting the nice neighbors. Location is about 2 1/2 blocks from Main Street not one block, but walkable.
