We loved everything about it, it was in a perfect location and the room was modern and spotlessly clean with a really comfy bed and little extras such as a fridge stocked with fresh milk and bottles of water, really nice toiletries in the bathroom and dressing gowns and slippers. We had a sea view which was amazing. Breakfast was also lovely, freshly cooked to order with lots of choice and the homemade vegetarian sausages and omelette were delicious! But what really makes this place so special is the hosts, they are so friendly and make you feel at home from the minute you step through the door, nothing is too much trouble and they go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. We will definitely be going to stay again.

Excellent location and stunning view, hotel is modern and newly refurbished. Room was very clean, bathroom beautifully designed, bed was comfortable. Hosts were very friendly, kind and helpful from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was exceptionally good with many choices available and freshly made at the time requested. Will definitely recommend and certainly will go back again.

From the moment we arrived I felt like royalty. The room was stunning, clean, amazing views. We had WiFi, bathrobes, slippers, a map of Llandudno, fresh milk and water in the mini fridge, tea&coffee facilities, iron & ironing board, shower get & shampoos, the list could go on.. they had thought of everything and we really did appreciate this.Teresa & Rhein were the most perfect hosts, the attention to detail was so lovely. Breakfast was the best I’ve had staying in a guest house, the selection of fresh local produce was fantastic. We loved our little chats, finding out the history of Min Y Don, but also finding out how much work Teresa & Rhein had done single handedly. You are both wonderful and so talented. Thank you so much and We will be booking again this week for our little break in June, we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else !!!
Having to leave!!! Normally I’m ready to get home back to my own bed and comforts, but I could have stayed so much longer.

Beautiful place to stay Teresa&Rhein went above and beyond making our stay worthwhile. Lovely couple Breakfast was excellent cooked breakfast was tasty also had great selection. Would recommend having evening meal in restaurant food was high standard very tasty and you get a lot for your money .Had a memorable stay and will definitely be going there again .
Nothing really We were on 3rd floor I had some problems with stairs but that was just me personally. We didn't find any complaints at all .Had a great stay and location is perfect

The breakfast was first class and the room was quiet and well decorated. I have certain dietary requirements and Teresa went out of her way to make sure they were met.

The owners were fantastic nothing was a problem for them they went above and beyond everything that was promised was provided it was exceptionaly spotless beds were very comfortable and breakfast was a 10/10 and I would highly recommend a stay there the view was fabulous from the top floor

The owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcome - the room was lovely - view amazing. Food - breakfast was hot, beautifully cooked and presented. We also had dinner - lovely meal. We were treated like good friends and will not hesitate to go back.

Breakfast and location were great. The owners are incredibly hospitable and willing to go the extra mile, particularly at breakfast by accommodating special requests. They are also full of practical and valuable local information. We couldn't have asked for a better ocean/neighborhood view, including a chance fireworks display on the beach. Excellent walk-in shower that you don't need to have a Phd to operate. You can tell that the owners based the property and operation on all of the things they learned from their own extensive travel. Looking forward to returning to Min Y Don the next time we get itchy feet and long to go traveling. A real Bullseye!
A couple of softer pillows would have been nice, but no big deal. (We were going to ask, but forgot...)

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, good quality furniture and a huge comfortable bed. The view was excellent, overlooking the beach. The owners were super hospitable and really trying their best for the guests to feel welcome.
The breakfast was superb. Everything exceptional quality, tastefully presented and tasty. Good variety as well.
The shower seemed to have a drainage problem and there were no hooks in the bathroom to hang the clothes

The owners are very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them

We liked everything. The hosts are not only lovely, friendly and kind people but they are exceptional hosts. Nothing was too much trouble and they care passionately about the service they provide and want their guests to have the best time. The guest house was tastefully decorated throughout and our room had been refurbished to a fabulous standard - bright, comfortable, roomy and luxurious with fabulous views. Breakfast was delicious- so much to choose from and very generous helpings! Finally, great location, opposite the pier. Lots to see and do. Many thanks to you both and to all staff. We had a great time.

Room was very modern & simple. Solid. Nothing flimsy or fussy that could be easily broken. Wonderful views over the bay. Excellent location at base of the Orme by the pier. Breakfast was perfect- felt like I was in a Michelin starred restaurant. Lovely accommodating hosts.

The hosts were brilliant very friendly and so attentive . Choice of breakfast was excellent and extremely well presented. The room was a lovely size with a really modern ensuite everything you could possibly need even fresh milk in a small fridge!

Lovely property in lovely location by the sea. But what made it exceptional was the owners, Theresa and Reinhallt, the most accommodating and thoughtful hosts I have ever met, nothing was too much trouble. English breakfast excellent. Both my mother and I really enjoyed our stay and, God willing, we hope to come back September next year!
Nothing, save to say that the stairs / landings are currently undergoing refurbishment. But this was not a major issue, as our room was perfect!

We liked the position of the property as it was overlooking the sea. We had a spectacular view. The room was really nice and clean with a great shower in the bathroom. The food was good and plentiful. The hosts were very attentive and couldn’t do enough for us. We would recommend this guesthouse without hesitation and we hope to return next year. 😊
There was nothing we didn’t like really, our room lacked a mirror which they are going to install soon and somewhere to put your shower gel etc which again they are addressing. All in all a lovely place to stay.
