Everything was as described.

Our family had the best time in this beautiful Coloma home! It was lovely as pictured, and had all the comforts you can imagine. We played games at the gorgeous wood dining room table, the grandkids loved the game room and family room. But our favorite spot was the incredible patio, decks, and swimming pool! The weather was on the cool side, but that did not stop us! The kids spent hours in the water and we all enjoyed the hot tub! Just exceeded our expectations in the best way! We hope to vacation here again.

We do a trip every year with a few moms and all of our kids, and this was the best year yet! This home has so much space inside and out, with four moms and nine kids we weren’t on top of each other. The play/game room downstairs is great for the kids, and there’s a good amount of seating wherever you are, including around the fire pit, for the adults to enjoy. Then of course the pool and hot tub are awesome, even better with all the floats, towels, and sunscreen provided! If we had to find something to dislike, it would be the balcony inside (if you have small children, be extra cautious, as they can fit between the rails of it) & then the pavers/stone path outside is very uneven, but not a deal breaker. (Even with a broken foot/knee scooter, we made it work!) We didn’t all leave the house this time, since there was plenty to do there, but it’s nice knowing there’s a lot to do in the area, with or without kids. Can’t wait to book again!

This home is truly wonderful. So spacious and the owners have thought of everything! They provide everything you could possibly need. Our group of kids, grandkids and us loved it. 17 of us total and never felt cramped or crowded. We didn’t want to leave. Would love to come back next summer, but it’s already booked for the dates we want.

We overpacked!! This property is truly turn key! Generously supplied kitchen & bathrooms, abundance of very nice towels, pool floats, & a nice game room. The rooms were clean & comfortable. The pool & hot tub were large & well maintained. We treated our kids & grandkids to this mini vacation...15 of us total. We were all were very happy with everything! Thank you for all the special treatments as well...coffee k cups & supplies, bottled water, juice bags for the kids, & firewood for the fire pit! And a whole binder of helpful info about the property & things to do in the area...loved it!!

The property was all as described and more. The pool and game room were big hits with the kids and the adults enjoyed the pleasant back deck and yard. The kitchen was very well stocked for preparing our food. Their was sufficient space for sleeping and relaxing. It was clean and the linens and towels were enough for us. This is a place that I would very much like to return to. It was great!!!

It was a beautiful, well taken care of property. A book held all sorts of helpful information and we had no problems. The hot tub was incredible and there was plenty of room for our group of almost 20 people.

The house was exactly as pictured! Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen! We had 3 children, ages 3, 18 months, and 5 months, plenty of room and conveniences for the kids! Deck areas, beach towels, hot tub and grill! Will definitely come back again!

My group of friends and I had a lovely time at this amazing house! All the deck space was really nice to enjoy the scenery and the hot tub was a perfect touch to also spend some time admiring the start of the autumn colors. The house had really comfortable beds and plenty of them! The kitchen was well stocked and had quality appliances that made our meals quite hassle free. I absolutely loved the game room, what a fun touch! The proximity to the beach was another plus as we got to walk along the shoreline during (what I hope won't be) the last warm weekend of the fall. I would highly recommend this property!

Overall good experience. Property was clean and had everything you would need. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space to spread out. Pictures were accurate. Good experience and would rent again.

GREAT place to hang out with the family! Middle of September and we still enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Game room was a huge bonus and there was plenty of room for us to spread out! We thoroughly enjoyed our time! Thank you!

If i could give extra stars i would. The house was even better than imagined.. the pictures are exactly what the house look like but really an understatement of the quality of the amenities. The pool is huge, the hot tub was great the fire pit is perfectly located between the two and there is so much more yard around the pool and house. We all loved it for our family trip and will most definitely book again. The owner of the property was great and it was easy to contact the contact person via text. I highly recommend

We had a wonderful family get together at this home. There was plenty of space for the little kids and their parents in the lower level and the grown ups enjoyed the bedrooms upstairs.
The house was immaculate and well stocked and the outdoor space was great. I was looking for a place with a pool and the above ground pool was perfect for young children.
The welcome goodie were also a nice touch.

We had a great time. The house was perfect for us. Well stocked with all we needed. A surprise gift basket was on the table when we arrived. The cover was off the pool and the wood was next to the fire pit. Our teens loved the game room in the lower level. We all loved the pool and hot tub. The house was a mile away from the beach and we went there to see the sunset every night. Thanks for the memories.

Family Fun
More than met our expectations. We all loved the pool and hot tub right in the back yard. It was a short drive to the beach to watch the sun set. Teen kids were able to stay up and play games downstairs in game room and didn't disturb adults who wanted to go to bed. House was fully stocked.. Treats on the table to welcome us, Even pool towels and wood for the campfire at night. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

This house was exactly as pictured and perfect for our family (grandma, 3 daughters, and 7 grandkids)! I highly recommend this house and we are already talking about booking again next year for a longer stay!
The host was fantastic! They sent a text welcoming us just before our arrival time and had a few snacks and some water waiting for us when we arrived. The house was clean and well stocked with all we needed in the kitchen and plenty of toilet paper, dish soap, paper towels, etc. The beds were comfortable and there were lots of extra blankets for wrapping up while watching tv! The pool was bigger than expected from the photo and is where we spent much of our time! There were 2 beaches less than 5 minutes away. We found Hagar Shores Beach to be more accessible since it has stairs whereas Roadside Park has a sand slope down to the beach, which was fine going down, but a challenge coming back up! The house is wonderfully designed and stocked for several families coming together. I cannot recommend highly enough this rental and Jennifer, the host! Thank you for giving us a home to make memories that will last a lifetime!

Great Spot for Family
This place had everything you need to keep the kids entertained and to just kick back and relax. There was nothing more we could have needed while staying there.
A great place to go and have a good time! One of the biggest above ground pools I think I’ve ever seen. Hot tub was comfortable and the back patio was a great place to hangout.
The host (Jennifer) contacted us immediately upon arrival in case there was anything we needed.
The Kitchen, like everything else, had just about every appliance you would need.
10/10 - Will likely book again next summer.

Great Getaway!
Spotless property. Clean! Owner was very accommodating to any questions. Very large above ground pool and hot tub on the property. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Short distance to area beaches, towns and highway. Kitchen amenities were plentiful. Awesome basement area had a full bathroom, bedroom and game room. Our teens enjoyed the basement space.
Expansive patio with outdoor amenities-deck, table and chairs, umbrellas, Adirondack chairs, gas grill, firepit ready for a fire.
Plenty of parking space for vehicles, boat or camper. Access to a 2 car lockable garage for storing bikes, kayaks or paddleboards you may have brought with you.
For family, friends or large group get away, this place had something for everyone. You can't go wrong with this home!
