Everything was clean, smelled fresh. Breakfast was great. The room was nice size! Wish there was a bathtub in the room. The shower was nice size. The shower head could have been a little lower for us short people. Overall good stay.

Breakfast was not great..chopped cold eggs. Staff was friendly but they are SO new and not trained that it took me over 40 min to check out because the manager was running around doing things that the 2 new people should have done.

We needed to pick up an early arriver at Love Field. So we booked this the night before. The rate was good, good reviews, and easy access to Love Field. Collected our person, went back to collect our things and have breakfast. But Breakfast ends at 9 and we were there 9:10 and it was closed. BUT we had grabbed food at 6:30 so I can comment. There were scrambled eggs (powdered) and sausage patties for hot food. Also Waffle iron available. 4 different juices, yogurt, dried cereal, bread products, and apples. I had a little egg and sausage thinking I'd come back for the waffle! I need to listen closer to the times when reception tells me. We all agreed the room was nice and clean. We felt safe in the neighborhood which I would say is "Korean Town" with many korean and other asian restaurants all along the street. And KO Mart, my favorite Asian market, was right next door so I could pick up things before returning home 3 hours drive from Dallas. THIS is our place for any collections from Love Field.... so easy access at a reasonable price, no bugs, and clean.

I wish the breakfast ran til 10! but I just need to pay attention, not the fault of Sleep Inn.

Be aware the hotel is not located in the best neighborhood. The area was a little rough.

The motel was clean in the waiting area. That was about it.

When we got to the motel the room was not ready. The desk clerk said it would be 30 minutes so we were like ok that's kool . We waited outside in the parking lot for 30 minutes. We went back in and again the desk clerk said that the room was not ready. So we booked a room else where. We were tired after driving 8 hours and still had to be up by 530 to be at school.
