The staff were very attentive and helpful to guests.

I booked specifically a king size bed and the room they gave us had two queens. We asked to get moved to a room that had the bed I booked and they said they didn't have any. They literally called me that morning and asked how many beds I wanted and I said one and then they gave us two. That sort of ruined the whole experience. My girlfriend and I had to sleep on a bed that was too small for us. Also the door to the bathroom was a sliding barn door type situation. It was bizarre. You could see into the bathroom through huge gaps between the wall and the sliding door even with it slid closed. The decision to use that door is so weird.

Nothing could not talk to staff

No one really spoke English, they had bed bugs , room was hot when I asked if someone could fix it they really didn’t have no one to help

Location, staff was nice, rooms were comfortable. Very close to korean spa, boba tea, korean restaurants.
