My family and I had a great time at this condo! The sun doesn’t hit the porch until mid afternoon which is awesome! The kitchen and bathroom and beach stuff was well stocked! All beds were so comfortable! Super easy access to the beach!

We had a great stay. The condo had everything we needed, literally everything we would need for a beach stay, and was beautifully furnished and decorated. Super clean, which is extremely important to us, and Catherine was amazing. Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to go back!! Thank you Catherine for your attention to detail!

I spent the months leading up to my trip looking at the reviews, and getting more and more excited to see new reviews that expressed the excellence of this condo. After returning from our family vacation, I can tell you that there aren't even WORDS for how amazing this rental is.
Catherine puts her heart and soul into being a gracious host. We encountered a lot of issues getting to the condo due to flight cancellations which caused missed connections for our family of six. I was honestly the most stressed out I've ever been, and Catherine was not only a supportive host, she was also gracious and kind like she was an old friend. She truly went above and beyond for our family.
When I say that EVERYTHING you need to have a good vacation is at this condo, this is not an understatement. If you have kids, you will LOVE everything about this condo. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, pool toys, beach toys, sand toys, coolers, beach towels, puddle jumper, inflatable tubes, and every child apparatus you can think of to use for small children: high chair, baby bed, etc.
The kitchen setup is also a total dream. Everything you need for cooking is there.
The condo was SO CLEAN. The beds were beautiful, and comfortable, including the pull-out in the living room. The bathrooms were spotless, and contained toiletry items in case you forgot to bring yours. The living room was comfortable with games and books.
If you want the vacation of a lifetime, this is for you! I already rebooked!

The property was great for our stay after our son’s wedding. Had 3 couples plus a toddler and we had plenty of room . The view of the beach and the beach was awesome. Only issue was the dryer was very slow to dry … sometimes took 3 cycles . Would definitely recommend.

I have to start with the views- the unit is right on the beach so we really enjoyed seeing the ocean from the large sliding doors. My parents stayed in the 1st owners suite and also had wonderful views. The unit is large- a big living room was a plus as we had 6 people. We also enjoyed how close the building was located to many restaurants and a short drive to John’s Pass. We had some issues with getting a rental car so we were happy to learn that places like Publix was just a few miles down the road. We got around easily with one car as several of us could walk or take the trolley. We walked across the street to Reef for a few meals and went to the Dalí museum during one of our rainy days.
Our host Catherine was very responsive and easy to communicate with!

We had a great getaway at Madeira beach, Fl. The condo was very nice. Beds and pillows were comfortable the kitchen was well stocked. Catherine was a wonderful host she supplies so many extras. Coffee, cream, soap, shampoo, beach chairs, pool toys and so much more! she was very responsive and great to work with! Area is full of restaurants, shopping and the beach is beautiful! We will definitely go back.

We loved our stay here. The condo was larger than we thought it would be and was close to John's Pass. The only thing was the parking situation. If you ard bringing more than one car you will have to pay for parking that is down the road. We loved that we could walk to restaurants and all of the beach accessories that the condo provided. There was also a very well stocked kitchen which made our Thanksgiving so easy.

My mom and I spent a long weekend at Las Brisas. Even before we arrived, Catherine (our host) was AWESOME. The unit itself was better than we expected. The sheer number of amenities that are included was AMAZING. I'm already looking at the calendar for another trip!

Everything was perfect! The condo is beautiful and has everything we needed. Great location, beautiful views! Check in was so easy and Catherine communicated very thoroughly. I’d also like to add that check out was easier than most VRBO experiences I’ve had. We didn’t have to strip the beds/do loads of laundry, just put used towels in the tub, make sure the trash was taken out, no food left in kitchen and lock the doors. Totally reasonable! Although we always start the dishwasher and leave the place in order, we have had past experiences with VRBO when we are expected to do laundry and thoroughly clean in addition to being charged a hefty cleaning fee (which is why a lot of people would rather stay in a hotel instead). I really appreciate Catherine making our experience in this beautiful condo so great! We will return!

Wonderful week with the family in this condo! Beach towels, comfy beach chairs, umbrellas and tons of beach toys were available to use. The beds were super comfy! We loved having coffee on the patio as we watched for dolphins! Condo is right by the elevator and trash room which was very convenient! Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We had an issue with the keurig and the owner ordered the missing part and had it delivered the next day! Great condo & great service, we would certainly stay here again!

If balcony is not to be used for wet suits and towels, consider a clothes line or rack on patio.

Great location. You're right on the beach. The property has plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys which made it very convenient. The place smelled fresh and it was clean upon arrival. The condo had plenty of space for the adults and teens to hang out. We enjoyed our stay.

Our group of 4 sisters loves our time together at the beach! The sun, sand and super accommodations all made many memories for us. Proximity to the beach, ease of elevators to the 4th floor and condo amenities were wonderful. Two bathrooms and sleeping king, two queens and two twin beds worked great for us. Beach chairs, toys, and towels were

We had a FANTASTIC time! We found that the condo was VERY well equipped with everything we needed, from everything ocean/ swim related to facial wipes and toiletries! Being that we had a toddler with us, the beach/ swim toys were very much appreciated. We all couldn’t believe how every detail was thought of so thoroughly. When going on a family vacation, the last thing you want to worry about is trying to scramble to the stores to get supplies needed for the week. We all appreciated the details in this place, big and small!

This property was great. Beautiful ocean views, wonderful, sandy beach, and the host has provided every amenity. Very well stocked with everything you need. Catherine was very responsive and made it all very easy. Instructions were available quickly and easily for everything. Couches and beds were comfortable. An absolutely wonderful property! Clean, great set-up, and a gorgeous view. The roomy balcony had plenty of space for our family of 6, plus plenty of seating in the kitchen/dining area. Very close to great restaurants and shops, and walkable to John’s Pass. A huge bonus was the included chairs, umbrellas, towels, beach toys, etc already in the unit and available for our use. Owner communication was also fantastic. We will definitely be staying here again!

Location was RIGHT ON BEACH! The size was perfect for 5 women ! Many restaurants and shops nearby! Communication with Catherine was immediate.. PERFECT GETAWAY FROM THE COLD OF OHIO!!!
