Girls Trip was a huge success! Absolutely loved this unit. Location was perfect! Beach was quiet and not overly crowded. We had everything we needed. The pictures show exactly what you get. Easy access to the beach and pool areas. Loved the covered tables at the beach entrance. It was nice on evenings we didn't want to cook that we could walk to several eateries. **Just note that the refrigerator ice maker can't keep up with multiple people filling larger sized cups. You'll need buy a bag of ice to supplement. But this isn't bothersome enough to reduce rating.

The view was breathtaking! Accessibility to pool and beach we couldn’t have asked for anything better. The decor of the rooms was beautiful. Only two things stopping from giving a 5 star rating was the keypad to get in room did not work 99% of the time. Luckily we got it to work after several tries to get into the room to start our stay. From then on we took the key with us whenever we left. Also first morning we plugged in the Keurig coffee maker and it knocked out power to master bedroom, living room, tv, and internet. Took all day communicating with owners of property to finally to get someone out there to come and get electricity back on. He couldn’t fix the door lock. He said he would put in a work order for someone to fix it. It would have been beneficial if we knew the circuit box was behind a picture in the laundry room. Wouldn’t have been so bad but we had a gymnastics meet to get to that day. All in all we would come back to stay there again. These two glitches where the only reason we didn’t give them a 5 star rating.

This condo was just as beautiful as the photos online. The view of the beach and ocean was amazing. There was plenty of space for our family of 5. There is a huge closet in between the master bedroom and master bath that also has beach chairs, beach towels, and some beach toys. My kids enjoyed the tennis courts also! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to this area!

You never know who will be above you in a condo. It can break a vacation if parents don’t control their children from running and playing with sliding glass doors and observe quiet hours. Probably won’t do condo again. Other than that beautiful view and nice accommodations. Needed more staples for bathroom and kitchen. Water pressure was low also for sink and washing machine.

This unit is very clean and beautfully decorated. Wine cooler and bar very unique and useful. Second bedroom is huge with private bath. Sea Oats is a very well maintained building and convenient to everything.

Great condo - beach was awesome and it’s located 10 minutes from John’s Pass. It would have been nice if we were supplied with more toilet paper. Also it said 5 beach chairs but 2 of the chairs were in rough shape.

We arrived and were so ready to start our girls weekend only to be locked out of the unit. I called the 800 number and the guy had zero urgency. It was 7 pm and we all had traveled all day plus, just got $400 in groceries. After a while of him not calling us back we noticed the window was unlocked so we climbed through. We found out the next day we were not given the correct combo. The condo is lovely once you get in and fit 5 of us girls comfortably!

My sisters and I came for a long weekend. Cindi was perfect size and situated right on the beach! Beach sand is white and water was calm. Rented chairs and umbrellas! Just perfect!

We loved everything about this place! Perfect for families with young children, the had everything we needed and more!

First, the positive: this condo is in a great location. It had plenty of beach towels and a good amount of beach chairs and some toys. We loved being able to go right onto the beach which was really clean. All outdoor areas were nice too. The kitchen was well stocked but needs more plastic wear to accommodate kids. Negative: the condo was mostly clean but the floors needed a good mopping/deep clean. If you wore white socks or went barefoot, you could see the dirt from the floor discoloring your feet. High touch areas like door ways also need to be sanitized as they were discolored too. The sliding glass doors in this condo are LOUD. Like sounds like thunder when someone opens it. Unfortunately you could also hear the same when a neighbor opened their sliding glass door. The biggest issue was the requirement to keep the thermostat at 73 degrees. That is too high when it is 90 plus outside. We’ve rented condos in many areas on the Gulf Coast and never have been required to have the thermostat that high. Consequently it felt too warm all week and especially the front bedroom was so hot at night it was hard to sleep. The dishwasher’s top rack was broken. I tried to inform management to ensure they knew it was like that when we arrived but when I called, it was an automated thing and I was put on hold. I think the change in management to Vacasa (which happened after we booked but a few weeks before we arrived) meant that you literally couldn’t get ahold of anyone. I asked a question two weeks before we arrived via an email provided by Vacasa. I didn’t receive a response until a week after we got back. Vacasa seems like it’s a big company with very little knowledge of each of its condos and almost no way to communicate with them. Lastly, the bunk beds shown in the photo were unusable as the top bunk is set too low to the bottom and the whole thing swayed so much that we were afraid to let our kids sleep on it. With a deep clean, some furniture upgrades to allow more seating in the living room, and better air conditioning, this place would be perfect.

This property is exactly as it is shown. The beach was great and not overly crowded even though it was a holiday week. We have visited many rental beach condos and houses. This was one of the best we have enjoyed. The only advice I would give is to make sure you get a bag of ice for those beach drinks. The ice maker is not strong enough to keep up a good supply of ice. That’s it! That’s the only complaint!

Amazing condo to say the least! It was beautifully decorated with so many details that I hope we captured them all on film for our YouTube channel. Very specious and open, the beds were very comfortable. Beach access was so easy for all of our family members. We stayed with 5 adults & 3 kids with plenty of room to play. The added garage was a BIG bonus! It`s massive, enough room to fit 2 cars! This made putting my paddle board and beach chairs easier. Garage comes with umbrellas, beach chairs and coolers, don`t bother packing them on your trip! Recommend black out curtains in the guest bedrooms, the morning sunrise brings in a lot of lite. The kitchen was fully stocked and made cooking easy. Recommend 1 really good non-stick pan, the pans were very hard to cook with. Great beachfront condo that was immaculate! Located on Redington Beach, just south of Clearwater. This location was less crowded and just a short ride to many attractions. We will request this 3 bedroom unit should we return to the area. The beach was great for shell hunting. Sunrises/sunsets were amazing. Thanks for recommending this unit. Great, refurbished condo! All tastefully done. We had 4 adults and 5 kids and there was plenty of space. The beach was deep and fabulous, not too crowded. Kitchen was modern and easy to use and prepare in. Laundry room was big and convenient. We loved having the garage to park in. Kept the car cool. Could probably use more than 2 Gate Key Fobs. 2 made things tough when going back and forth to the beach and pool. Property Manager communication was great. We had one of the sliding doors have a small maintenance issue. They had someone to fix it that day. I can`t think of a better place to spend a week, if you want a nice, clean, updated condo on a gorgeous stretch of beach. We had an amazing stay in this condo. It was spacious and decorated beautifully. Most of all, it had everything you could need and was thoughtfully supplied. Wow! What a great time! The condo was amazing. Perfect location and what a view of the beach from the balcony.
