Property was great with pool, dock and closeness to beach

This pkace is great, would definitely stay again. J7s5 bring your bosts and jet ski and have a blast everything you need is there already. Malcom has pride in his house. Dont hesitate to book it.

Fantastic outdoor area - enjoyed our stay! We felt very welcome at this property, and the outdoor area is as good as it sounds - even better. Features we loved: * Tons of seating options around the pool. * Multiple areas to hang out outdoors - Our little one watched cartoons on the nearby TV while we enjoyed working a couple puzzles at the live edge wood table and barstool area. * Two lovely areas to turn on the fire pit to roast s'mores. * Grill and fire pits easy and ready to go! * Multiple fridges, TVs, tables in the outdoor spaces. (And indoor spaces, for that matter.) * Sand tools and access to wade in the harbor to get water in buckets for sand castles. * The large, heated pool! Used it every day and felt very welcome here. Easy, comfortable, functioned great. We also noted how large the pool is compared to other homes' pools. * Loved having a volleyball court at our disposal. The walk to the beach was quicker than I anticipated. It is a very pleasant, quiet walk with the gated access straight down the street from the house. (The beach is large and the sand is immaculate.) We enjoyed the bikes, as well. It was nice having an additional full-size refrigerator downstairs, and we had all the kitchen dishes and utensils we needed. It was also nice having multiple large trash cans available in the kitchen areas. Comfortable beds and showers. Note that the two king-size bedrooms on the upper floor share a hallway bathroom.

Very nice property, our Family of 11 enjoyed the week. The location just a very short walk to the beach was very nice

We had a good time

I have stayed in many homes in this area at holiday isle and have to say the outdoor space was the best we have stayed at. The large pool was a big plus for my family and friends that stayed there. The house was spacious and accommodating for adults and kids. The only suggestion that would have made this perfect is an upright/chest freezer for bait and Ice as we were constantly having to make a run to the store for ice for drinks, boat etc...An ice machine would be great too! Overall it was a great house and you wont be disappointed. Thanks!

The family had a great time, so much to do on property. The boys and men loved having the dock to fish. They have a little bit of everything there. The owner was great and very friendly. Wish I could have meet him in person.
