A nice studio with cooking facilities and comfortable bed at a nice price. In a very neat student building. It's in a business area. But a bus will take you to the center.

Easy to park. Very clean rooms with good air conditioning. Taxi to the centre of San Sebastián took only 10 mins. Very helpful receptionist.

The matresses were rather hard. No soap or shower gel.

Very comfortable room with sufficient storage space, big bathroom. Very nice personnel.

Location, pretty far from the city center. Due to work in the building, there was some dust on flat surfaces, rooms are cleaned once each days.

Students were gone, so the place was very quiet.

The room should be cleaner. The stove was grassy and the WC brush very dirty.

The lady at the reception was very nice and the following was not her fault! Actually she tried to solve the issue rather quickly. First room , the sink was broken. Next room, smelling like a dead body was in there for weeks 3rd room, next to the second one , also awful smell Finally 4th room was ok. Still been driving for 14 hours and all I expected was a clean room.Took almost 40 minutes to achieve this. Therefore can not recommend this place.

The room was clean

No air-conditioning, though it was listed, no toilet paper, no tea/coffee facilities in room - Before I checked out, I found there were facilities in the building basement to get coffee from machine but guy who checked me in just gave me the key and gave no information/help when I asked if there's anything I should know. When I tried to turn on air-conditioner, I got an error message saying 'not allowed'. When I went to reception, there was nobody there. In the morning, girl at reception said there should have been a security guard at reception 24 hours.

Very clean and new. Fantastic kitchen and bathroom, lots of storage and there is a very stylish and comfortable bean bag in the room. Common areas are very clean and staff on reception 24 hours. Very quiet neighbourhood allowed for good sleep.

Although the bus stop is right outside, buses are slow and it takes at least 30 minutes to get to the city centre.

Clean and new student hall. Helpful reception staff.

Location not central but good value for money in an expensive city.

By car, we can reach the centre and the beaches of San Sebastien in 10 to 15 minutes which is quite convenient. The building itself is very well equipped such as charged laundry room, free gym, and vending machine.

1/ It should be indicated much clearer that the shown price equals ONLY 1 PERSON per room or let's say "per reservation". Means you need to book twice and pay twice for a couple. Although you can still stay together, they will give you 2 room cards, which aren't adjacent and for a couple it's really not necessary. It gives you a feeling that you pay a room for nothing. 2/ There aren't any personal care products such as shampoo, shower gel, soap, or towels. So need to prepare your own products and hair dryer as well, maybe the reception desk can offer that I didn't ask. 3/ Not a big issue, but the big gate for cars will close after 11 p.m, so need to park outside on the street if you find a place.
