The bedroom were decent size.

They have a lot of repairs to do. Room services only came once for being there 5 days. The one day the came, our phone charger that was plugged in next to the bed disappeared. Also they have a pool that has water in it and it has been closed since 2019 according to the staff. The rug is ripped up on the lobby with no explanation. There was damage in the bathroom wall. Just basic maintenance of the property.

Price was great. Good breakfast choices.

Couldn’t read what the password for the internet was. Poor handwriting. Got a text from the hotel saying to text if we had any problems. We did that and didn’t get a response.

The staff were friendly. The breakfast was delicious.

The air conditioner did not work very well.

the bed was so comfortable and the staff was very courteous and extremely accommodating!!! would definitely stay there again!!!

Booking showed pool was closed to last November. But it was closed for maintenance. They did not keep up with hot good breakfast. The paper on the napkin was thicker than the bacon. Could of made reservation for less directly than I got with Booking.

The person at check-in looked like a circus sideshow. The pool uas inoperable. The place is filthy.

pool and hot tub are not working

There was a wet spot by the bathroom door that never dried. I suspect there was a leak. Housekeeping should have caught this - it was visible.

Every time I stepped in that wet spot it annoyed me.

no hot water . extremely hard beds water damage throughout hotel due to frozen pipes. probably should shit down until repairs are made
