My only complaint is that my wife got a spider bite and is dealing with that right now at minor emergency.

The hotel was super nice, very warm pool and due to unforseen circumstances with another hotel they were super accommodating and even let us check in early

The shower was falling apart, and there was a strong odor in the hallway by the stairs. Bed and rest of the room was fine.

There were cockroaches the size of my thumb. The pool has rusty bolts sticking out that I watched 2 kids almost get severely hurt on. Beer cans and bottles all over parking lot. The tub looks like it was painted and it's peeling everywhere the pillows were the size of a folded towel. The sink faucet leaks when the water is turned on

There were cockroaches the size of my thumb. The pool has rusty bolts sticking out that I watched 2 kids almost get severely hurt on. Beer cans and bottles all over parking lot. The tub looks like it was painted and it's peeling everywhere the pillows were the size of a folded towel. The sink faucet leaks when the water is turned on

Property needs a lot of repair. There were multiple holes in the shower where it looked like they had relocated plumbing. The fan in the bathroom was so loud you could not use the light during the night. The TV was, at most, a 36”. We gave stayed in Comfort Inns during this trip. This one was sub-par.

The swimming pool was chipping, there was bad caulking and repair in the shower, the wall paint was all over the ceiling, the TV service went out several times, there was a wind storm the night we stayed and the windows were whistling and letting in dirt from the wind. It was certainly not worth the $185 we spent for one night. Very sorry we spent all that money for a terrible night sleep.

This hotel is very very dirty. Our bathroom faucet didn’t work, the tub hadn’t been cleaned, soap scumb was everywhere. The breakfast area was so nasty we didn’t eat.
The staff was nice enough to return our money.

The stay was nice. Only issues was the front door didn't work had to use side door. Not really an issue for me.

Lots of wear and tear and the room that needs to be replaced or fixed. We only stayed here because they allow pets.

Our room needs some maintenance, was hard to get the main door to latch closed, the bathroom door would not latch, the tub was patched with gorilla tape.

Pool and hot tub were very cold. We asked the guy working about it and he came and turned the knob to the minute for the hot tubs jets to work. And don’t know it was something else. It would be nice for the hotel site to put something about the pool and hot tub not working. We could have went somewhere else. Knowing those weren’t working properly

Our room smelled like cat pee, and there was no screen on the outside of the window. Upon addressing the manger on duty the following morning about the smell, she seemed dismissive and rude.
