Good location for Twickenham.

Parking (on street as stated) is Permit Holders only- so risky . Host said we could park behind property and next door business would not mind (actually they do) Apt above a restaurant. Property is light and airy but could be so much better - needs a thorough clean, mattress protectors (please!!) bedside lamps , and throw out all the naff ornaments and unnecessary pictures .

only slight niggle was the shower screen leaked.

Could not fault this place would definitely use it again staff very helpful, location was ideal for the rugby ,clean tidy very highly recommend

the property is actually a great size and the fact that it located where it was, was a bonus for us. The bedrooms have sufficient wardrobe/cupboard space

Abu was lovely and very available by phone if needed. The apartment was roomy. Rainfall shower was divine. We stayed there one night and it did the trick. Abu was super lovely, helped me with my massive suitcase up and downstairs and allowed me to stay a bit longer than the "check out" time next day so that I wasn't leaving 6 hours before my flight at Heathrow so that was massively appreciated.

Abu promised 2 parking spaces before I arrived. I had to call him 20mins before I arrived but there was no information on where to park. I parked up by a pub and walked to have a look to see where I could park then met Abu who showed me where everything was. Parking situation is difficult as none is allocated and residential streets nearby were permit only although Abu let us park in the ally behind the restaurant where we could see the cars and keep an eye on them but that was essentially a loading ally for the restaurant so when I left the next day I had to call Abu to let him know and he would move the van. Apartment a bit difficult to find while if driving if Abu wasnt contacted to help as it is on top of a restaurant in the middle of a square which you can't drive into. From what I know there was no lift...if there was I definitely was not told about it while struggling with luggage up and down stairs. Found a bundle of plug hair left on the windowsill when I arrived. Apartment freshly decorated but style outdated however that isn't an issue when you are staying for just a day. The paint around door was still tacky so it trapped me in and I had to call him to kick it down which wasn't ideal, also the door downstairs which led towards the alley where the cars were parked was also stuck which had to be forced open. Kitchen very randomly stocked and needs updating. TV confusing to sort out as it was a smart TV but the remote was glitchy and we couldnt find the terrestrial channels, Netflix and other apps available though except was logged into the owners accounts and would freeze. As we were the first people to stay at the apartment I didnt expect much but I think this place has potential with some changes.
