The house was exactly as listed and you couldn't beat the easy access to the beach. There was plenty of space for everyone and the house was great for cooking and dining with a big group.

Property location was perfect. Not too busy section of NMB was great. Nice layout for our three families. The short walk to the beach was very convenient for us and our 2 year old grandson. Backyard pool with kiddie section was great for us to relax after a day at the beach.

The house was clean and has a great open layout. It is also the perfect location for access to the beach. We were a little disappointed that we had to skim the pool ourselves before we could use it but that doesn't take away from the overall positive experience that we had. We did express that concern when we checked
out and trust that it will be corrected.

The beach house was spacious with lots of indoor seating and bathrooms. We enjoyed the pool and loved the beach proximity … just across the street.

We had a mini family reunion planned and wanted to be close to the beach. This place was extremely clean, well taken care of, 1 min walk to the beach with great views and a great location. We had 13 people there and never felt squished. We had children who LOVED the pool and the ocean and was great to be able to have those options. We had toddlers, small children, adults and were never bored with plenty of activities to do just a few minutes away. Would highly recommend this for a larger family gathering!

The house has 4 bedrooms with two queen size beds in each bedrooms perfect fit our 8 golfers, the pool was a nice addition. The beach is located just across the street, amazing view! I would recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property for our guys golf trip. 4 bedrooms, 8 beds, and 4 bathrooms (one in each bedroom) worked out perfectly. We were all comfortable and had plenty of room. The location is very convenient to many golf courses, particularly to the Barefoot Resort courses, which we played all of during the 5 day stay. I highly recommend this house to golf groups.

We stayed at the same unit with as last year with our high school baseball team from Maine. Once again, we were very happy with our accommodations. Check in was easy, the unit was clean, and it met our needs as a large group.

Our golf group of 8 loved the place. 4 rooms and four baths worked great. Everyone had their own bed and were comfortable. The pool was great to hang out and the location was was awesome for the beach and nightlife.

We had a wonderful time at the property! It was so spacious and we were able to spend time together just hanging out and playing games. The beach access was wonderful, right across the street, and it is close to everything. We were able to walk to shops/restaurants. We would definitely stay here again

We had a group of 10 ladies there for a retreat. The accommodations from the large dining room table, multiple seating options in the living room, each bedroom had a bathroom and all the seating on the large porches were perfect for our group. Great parking area for all our cars and the ocean view was spectacular.

This location was perfect. The path to the beach is directly in front of the house. It was very clean and as advertised. We have a large family and it is not always easy to find affordable places to stay and this worked great.

amazing house with nice views can see the beach from the porch. 16 of us stayed and had plenty of space. Just recommend they get a new refrigerator smells really bad. Will definitely return

Ice machine wouldn't work , refrigerator had a terrible odor, microwave door handle was broken,lighting needs upgrade (kitchen ok), furniture inliving area was dirty and needs replacing , some bed sheets and mattress pads were stained. AC wouldn't cool properly during day hours.I would recommend this property if all of this is taken care of. I had a GOOD conversation with Victoria at North Beach Realty after stay. Owners have good house , location and parking (with pool)just need to upgrade .

Great family time at the beach. Easy beach access right across the street from the house. The pool and kiddie pool was enjoyed by kids and adults alike. A small maintenance issue was handled promptly with a friendly maintenance worker. Issue with large freestanding ice maker, but the refrigerator ice maker was quite adequate for our needs and kept up very well.

House was not the cleanest. Pool light was out. Called Monday for repairs and maintenance stopped and checked breaker box after I told them we already did check the breaker. They said they would be back Tuesday no one showed all week. Other maintenance repairs but no show so we just made the best out of it .

The location and the pool were the 2 best parts of our family’s stay. The pool guy came frequently to clean the pool, it was the best looking pool compared to our neighbors. The condo location is right across the street from the public beach access. The street that we had to cross was not too busy and we felt pretty safe crossing the street with the kids (youngest were 10,11 and 12). The kitchen was stocked with the necessary kitchen supplies, beds we comfortable. There was no hair dryer though, so being one if you need it.
The only two complaints my family complained about was the nasty, fish smell coming from the refrigerator, no matter how much we sprayed and cleaned it it was still strong from day 1 to day 7. I messaged maintenance day 1 with no response. Second complaint was the many roaches we found throughout the condo.

Vacation was nice, just not as young as I used to be and carrying 6 kids with 4 adults adds of course some work. Next vacation may be minus kids. Place was nice, with a nice location. Couple of disappointments were the refrigerator had a God awful smell like rotten meat. Cleaning crew must have missed from prior visitors. Pool needed shocking, a little dingy but nice pool set up. All living room and porch furniture really worn and needs replacing. AC worked but struggled a little but it was hot outside. It wasn't unbearable and still comfortable but it ran a lot.

The property location was fantastic. Right across from the beach and directly in front of a public walk way access to the ocean. This house is situated perfectly between 2 buildings so you can still sit on the front porch and see and hear the ocean, without the big "oceanfront" ticket price. Everything was on one floor and perfectly centralized. The street behind the house gave a safe option to walk to local shops and Mr. G's ice cream was a nightly visit! You can easily spend your entire vacation in the house and have access to everything you need from the pool, to the ocean, to shops and more. We would definitely stay here again! Highly Recommend.

House was nice especially with 4 bathrooms. Walking distance to an Irish pub and directly across from the beach. My only complaint would be the grill was not gas and it was extremely dirty when we used it on Saturday. Not a big deal. Would definitely rent this property again in a heartbeat.

We really enjoyed this house and would definitely stay here again! A group of my friends decided we wanted to have a beach getaway. The location was great, the layout and pool were awesome, and the communication with management/check in process was great! The only thing I didn’t give five stars on was cleanliness of the house because the floors were a bit dirty, but that’s bound to happen in a beach house so totally understand. Thanks so much!

We came to Myrtle Beach to celebrate a birthday, this property had lots of space and was clean. On arrival we did some bugs and one bathroom's tub was clogged, but the issue was resolved almost immediately. Lots of parking on site. If you're looking for a peaceful place not too far from other attractions, this is a great place to stay!

Great property called in for service no response from anyone security box battery was bad beeped every 15 minutes called it in on Monday never heard from anybody heat the pool would be a big bonus would stay at property again this property would be first choice for next February

A very nice beach house! 2nd row but you can see the ocean and it is just across the street. The setup of the house is very convenient. We were there for christmas shopping and had a great time. Would stay again and recommend.
