It was a lovely property on arrival a bowl of delicious fruit lovely breakfast well equipped with everything not far from town centre definitely recommend it had a great stay cooker not working but within the hour they were out and it was all fixed wasn’t sure about door number got confused but just called the number and once again got problem sorted

Easy walking distance to the town. Car parking on site and the apartment had everything you could possibly need.
The toilet flushing system was a bit dodgy.

Breakfast pack in the fridge was nice touch as meant we could have a cuppa on arrival without having to pop our for some milk first thing
There wasn't any hook or rail in the bathroom to hang a towel.
Walls are thin so noise from other apartments could be heard but wasn't an issue for us but if you're a light sleeper could see this being an potential issue

Small bedroom with small bed. It was advertised as breakfast included. As they are also advertised as ‘serviced’ I expected to have the supplies renewed for the second breakfast but they were not.

Excellent communication prior to arrival and during our stay despite not meeting any staff on site everything went very smoothly. Large apartment with everything you need for a short stay, kitchen well equipped. Excellent location, very central in Aberdeen
Strong smell of cigarettes in common areas and in some of the rooms in the apartment too

Our host was able to change our apartment to ground floor to accommodate a broken ankle.
Good breakfast provisions.
We were able to walk to Union Street, the Art Gallery and Maritime Museum.
With four rooms it’s one of the most spacious apartments we have used.
Lovely big fridge.
Dedicated parking was brilliant.
The bedroom is really only big enough for a single bed or bunks. Bit tricky with the double bed up against the wall.
It would be great to have hooks in the bathroom and the passage.

Amazing location, lovely added extras with breakfast and toiletries, very comfortable and communication from owner was 1st class. Would definitely return.

Facilities were more than adequate but suffered from some maintenance issues.They are very well located being about 10 minutes from the city centre. The breakfast provisions were generous. The rooms are spacious and more than adequately furnished. When the water heater stopped working a phone call generated a rapid response.
No plug for kitchen sink. No instructions on how to operate the heating or washing machine.

Need to have hooks, towel racks and places to hang things. Also really need to have door stoppers - the doors are very heavy!!

The flat was clean and in good conditions, with plenty of space. The location was also great very close to the city centre (just a few minutes walk to most places).
Just a very minor thing: all the doors of all rooms were closing automatically and I couldn't find a way to keep them open.

Location was terrific and the facilities had all that could be wanted.
The bedrooms were tight and there were double beds. These are a little too small for two very tall people. But there were two bedrooms so that was resolved.

easy access to accommodation, guys who were cleaning rooms were super helpful in being able to leave bags until later in the day of check out. Not far from the city center.
doors were noisy due to auto closing mechanism. not much else to even say other than that. not an issue to most other than my 1 year old

Very nice spacious apartment.
Door closers on entry to rooms from hallway. Very hard to open doors. I can understand they are more than likely to retain hear in the rooms, but I don't think the heaters were working anyway.
