Super spacious Villa. Good wifi, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Fantastic location. Lovely pool and outdoor seating and dining areas. Host is just brilliant - nice welcome pack (wine, water etc) on arrival and all texts / calls dealt with promptly.

WiFi was poor the first day or so but our host sorted it out quickly. Excellent attentive host.

The meeting and helpfulness of the host. The cleanliness of the Villa. The facilities in the Villa. The ease of contacting the host for help and Made to feel very welcome , and nothing was too much trouble.

The pool wasn’t heated and very cold

The house is really nice and the location is perfect.

The only thing we could wish for was a heated pool, it was really cold and you could not pay to get it heated.

The main positive about Villa Meloneras is the location. It's just a 6min stroll to the promenade and 15mins from the restaurants/bars of Boulevard El Faro. Although it's on a fairly busy street, with properties all around and a large hotel opposite, it was pretty quiet during our week's stay. The outside area is spacious and private. The two bathrooms (one en-suite) are both a good size (there's also a downstairs loo). The lounge/diner is also a decent size, as is the kitchen and main bedroom. Marianka was a very good host - communication was always quick and she was both friendly and helpful on our arrival.

For the price paid (circa £2.5k for the week) it's definitely not worthy of a 10/10 rating, as some reviewers have suggested. The pool needs to be cleaned more frequently (it was only done on changeover days), some of the furnishings, crockery etc are in need of repair/replacement and there were a few minor maintenance problems that cropped up. We've raised these issues and have been assured that the necessary improvements/changes will be made.

The property was spacious and very comfortable, and was in a good location.

The TV didn't cater for the facility to receive English speaking channels, apart from SKY news, and business economics channel. The bicycles on offer to use had flat tyres, no protective head gear or security locks and key. So we did not take advantage of their use.

Houses is beautiful, host looking after the house is excellent, answers queries immediately and most helpful. I would stay here again
