My sheets were dirty, stained in multiple places. My towel smelled horribly when I grabbed it after my shower, with a strong stench of smoke. I called down to the desk as it was nearly 11:45 (23:45) when I checked in but no one answered. I ended up sleeping on just what appeared to be a clean sheet in my full clothes. When we checked in, the front desk said the bar was still open so we went over and were promptly told it had been closed for some time.

The room was clean and ready for occupancy. Staff were very helpful especially the front desk person - both at checkin and check out. Room had a few maintenance issues but it was a good room.

Pillows on the bed where awful. room was grubby and the food and drink was fairly over priced and to had insult to injury the bar staff in both the Hilton garden inn and the Hilton t4 in which we where staying really need to training on how to pour Guinness at Hilton t4 the staff just free pour from start to finish and the drink looked like it needed a flake cause it looked like a 99, as for taste not great either

Although a little tired in places, the hotel room was spacious, clean well designed. The meals were extremely good and the friendliness and attentiveness of all the staff was excellent - the most welcome I have felt in a long time!

LIKED MOST: proximity to Heathrow, covered walkway from Terminal 4 (have to catch free train to Terminal 2&3 to connect), welcoming environment, modern design, comfortable bed
LIKED: £18 buffet breakfast was good value, two dining areas
SLIGHT ISSUES (in room): toilet flushing issue, a few items broken/worn down in room
OVERALL: would stay here again for late PM flight arrival or early AM departure from Heathrow

It was 25c in our room. Despite multiple attempts, I was able to lower it by no more than half a degree. I complained to the manager in the morning and he acted as though it was out of the norm, however, at breakfast our kids told me both of their rooms had the same issue.

Great stopover after a long flight, easy parking and nice big restaurant / bar area. Plenty of spaces to setup and do a few hours of work, comfy beds, all the things you’d expect.

This property is situated at Terminal 4 of the Heathrow Airport and is connected by a walkway. It is quiet and close and what we were looking for while having to stay overnight waiting for a flight. The concierge is extremely friendly and helpful and made awesome suggestions on what to do with our few extra hours before our flight.

Good room. Mattress was somewhat stiff, and could definitely benefit from a memory foam mattress topper.
Restaurant offered the worst ham and cheese sandwich ever-tasteless ham, disgusting white bread, and overpriced. Burgers were also tasteless. I know it’s the UK,, but please increase meat quality and season your meats. Bland food is an awful UK tradition,
Front desk service was officious with limited warmth and minimal information.
Notable highlight was the older bellhop who kindly offered to transport my wife and I (avec baggage) to terminal 4 via golf-cart.

Very small room. Missing batteries for remote control. Had to call down to get them. In the shower the conditioner was empty. Prices for food were exceedingly high.

They couldn’t find my reservation from Hotels. Com and charged me much more than my original booking. They were very unfriendly and not very sympathetic.

They had a fire alarm go off at 2am and the entire hotel was in the parking lot only to find out later it was a false alarm.

The room is so small, we can barely open one suitcase. We booked for more than two weeks and got a room with a view of the garbage bins. Some of the staff are professional, and housekeeping cleans the room very well. However, some staff keep forgetting my order. It's not just one day; I've already finished my food and still haven't received my drink. Mistakes happen, and I would be more understanding if this were a 3-star hotel. But this is the Hilton, and the front desk staff looks unhappy and never smiles.
