10 min walk from Terminal 4 - very convenient location for an early morning flight.
We arrived at 11pm with a small toddler. Clearly it was peak time and it seemed like there wasn’t enough staff. We had to wait for a relatively long time (c 15-20 mins) to be assisted. It was also quite difficult to get a luggage trolley to get our suitcases to the room and we didn’t get any help from the staff even though we had a lot of luggage and a child. The next day, it was also difficult to find luggage trolleys to take luggage to the airport, even though at night the staff assured us that there would be plenty of them - overall quite a stressful experience. There was also a massive dead bug on the carpet in our room and the carpet generally didn’t seem very clean with some spots.

Liked the restaurant and drinking options and the comfort and generous sizing of the rooms.
Staff handing us their "Recommend me card" when they hadn't even been serving us. The staff that didn't hand us their card were the best workers. This was particularly evident in the breakfast restaurant. If I would like to give someone a recommendation I would do it without being handed a card.

Easy access to Terminal. Staff were helpful with check in and information provided. Shuttle service to other Terminals was great.

We used the hotel for a over-night stopover at Heathrow Airport between a flight from Australia then an early morning flight the next day to Iceland. Good value, quiet, and easy to access from the various terminals using the free train transfer service.

Situated extremely close to the T4 of Heathrow connected via a inclosed link bridge very handy. Rooms spacious and clean and modern. Staff were lovely and helpful.

Appreciated the vegetarian options on the menu and the included breakfast. Our second room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We booked the CP due to its proximity to Heathrow - great stepping off place to fly out the next day.
Our first room smelled of cigarette smoke so we requested a change. This was done without hesitation but the change was time consuming and irksome. Could have been prevented by alert housekeeping staff.

Close to terminal 5 for connecting flight in the morning
No hotel operated courtesy bus, only an Airport which cost £6.80, we ended up getting a fixed price taxi which was not much more than the bus option.

The location at Terminal 4 is perfect - by plane, underground, bus or taxi. Price is very competitive for Heathrow.
The staff are friendly and efficient (thank you Lena). I had requested day use of the room as I had a 10.00pm long haul flight to Australia - for 10UKP per hour it is a great deal (if you join the members club you automatically qualify for a 2pm checkout).
The breakfast bar has plenty of choice and includes a decent coffee. Room service is quick and there are plenty of light meal options . There is a cosy bar next to reception and a comfortable lounge area.
The rooms are spacious and very clean. Excellent shower and soft towels.
The hairdryer cable is too short.

Perfect location, short covered walk from T4. Comfy bed, super quiet room, luggage storage, late-ish checkout, convenient restaurant on site.
An earlier checkin would have been great - especially as we came from Australia ( with a long layover, it was about 30 hours) - we were exhausted. We eventually got one, but still a 5 hour wait?( I appreciate that it’s not their fault we arrived at that time)

The windows look at the interior, you feel in a cave without sunlight.

The location is perfect for us when going to London. We always stay there coming and going. The rooms are awesome, and the beds are very comfortable. The staff is great, and their breakfast is the best ever. We always have dinner there as well, and they have a great menu. The food is delicious..
I have no complaints about this hotel. It's one of my favorites.

The carpet in the hall smelled, the first room we were in was very noisy(I was told it was the water pipes) moved us to a new room. Shower head in both rooms need to be cleaned so they work properly.

First room refused as had been used by smoker. Second room only had 1 bathrobe and slippers.

Was woken up at night despite telling them I had an early flight , being told I had had drinks at the bar and not paid for them . Then the manager and bar man came up to our room . When he saw me he realized they had made a mistake . The reason we booked this was to get an early night as we had an early flight so to be woken and accused was a complete farce

Our bedroom had a horrible large stain in the corner on the carpet next to one of the beds. We had asked for 2 beds but only one was available.
