Kind of worn out hotel, its too expensive for old basic instalations. Front desk at night was rude.

I booked this hotel as it was opposite the sea and had a swimming pool and a jacuzzi. My booking offered a balcony and said sea views. I was told on checking in that I booked a cheap room and my balcony faced the pool, but I was 2 floors below reception with no sea view. The jacuzzi was cold. No phone in the room to call reception. My bathroom had a smell of urine coming from the drain in shower. The proximity to city was great. I was offered an extended checkout till 1pm which was great.

The hotel has a wonderful location just across the famous beach La malagueta. Facilities and staff were excellent too. Breakfast very good and especially the fresh orange juice, but food was not warm enough and I would recommend to keep it warmer.

The sea-side view and location were excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, our shower head was broken and there were water damaged floors and doors in our room and throughout the hotel. We also found women's clothing in our closet.

Good hotel, very good room, huge bed and good bathroom. I paid extra for a sea view and got one, but not quite the view I was expecting which I thought was over the pool to the sea. That was only a slight disappointment I had a good balcony and breakfast was very good. The location was great for me and several busses ran along the street outside. It took me about 20 minutes to walk to the harbour or 30 minutes if I dawdled along taking photos

Large room .very comfy bed.
A bit updated and need maintenance but has some charm . Seaview although noisy with passeo road traffic . A few minutes walk from downtown and you can rent bike .very cool.

Didn't like the internet set-up. Pain in the neck where you have to check in after logging on to some website where they want your facebook or stuff for a hotel link website who want to access your facebook friends. Just the sort of nonsense I totally don

Location to the beach was nice. Staff were overall happy and ready to answer any questions I had. Prompt imediant service when my TV was not working.
Only displeasure was when I asked for a 30 minute checkout extension and I was rudely given a NO that cannot happen. Really, 30 minutes is going to cause so much trouble?

Perect service! I forgot my passport är in the taxi on the way from hotel to Malaga airport! The staff did a really good job to find the taxidriver that drove us! And we got it and not missed the plane! Really good! Hotel location was perfect close to citycenter and beach! Recomend!!!!

Position and hotel for us was good and the pool was warm. We asked for a kettle and milk and this was given to us no problem. Hotel transfer to airport was reasonable and easy

This hotel was definitely worth the price. The building may have been a little dated, but it was absolutely clean - absolutely nothing to complain about. The proximity to the beach was awesome.

Lovely clean hotel, although refurbishing was going on but only throughout the day. The staff were all friendly especially Manuel on reception. The room was clean, fluffy towels, toiletries no complaints at all. We didnt have breakfast as we thought 12 euros pp was expensive as we are small eaters, however tea/coffee facilities would have been a welcome addition. Lovely location, on the seafront, short stroll, around 15-20 minutes into the old center.

Hotel is average for the price. We just come back from there. We had a room with a sea view but unfortunately some work been carried out under our room so its was noisy.Swimming pool small ish so felt crowded. Room big with a balcony but next to the busy road.Mattress to firm for us.Room was clean and towels changed every day. Bus stop very close to the hotel so its easy to get to the centre.
