After reading some of the reviews, I was a little nervous but desperate so booked anyway. The staff were all lovely and the room was clean. There were stains on the couch, ottoman and floor, and the shower faucet dripped, but otherwise everything worked. Compared to other places I have stayed over the years, it wasn’t bad. It just looked like there needed to be investment in some of the more expensive upkeep things.

A month after our stay they charged our account stating we had a balance when we booked through hotels.com and paid in ful!!!

The room was wonderful, view fantastic!
I find it disturbing that they charged me extra a month later for services unknown. We didn’t use anything in the room and we paid separately for the valet parking!

The valet parking person was by far the nicest person on staff. We paid for a full breakfast which was not a full breakfast. It was grab n go breakfast sandwiches, of which you are allowed to get two items and two drinks per person.

Very poor customer service.. Said rooms were not available because they were not cleaned... Not willing to do anything to accommodate a room that I paid for on Hotel.com... Paid for much more than what I got... Very poor service, indeed!!!

I was in town with my wife for the weekend.

The hotel is old and in need of a refresh. I was not happy with the cleanliness of the bathroom, as the mirror was not clean. My duvet had a stain that clearly couldn't be removed on it.

We just stayed the one night. We were driving through from Dallas headed to Sevierville, TN. It worked out great, pet friendly, reasonable price and convenient. Cant speak to much more but we were glad we picked the Sheraton and grateful for Hotels.com.

Hotel was great! But breakfast was very expensive. French toast came from a bag, not freshly made and came out cold. $4.50 for coffee and tea is crazy.

Hotel was nice but the area was not the best. Should have known when we walked in and security was in the lobby. Had a gun pulled on us in the street. Left early after night one.

Sheraton is centrally located. Staff was great. Older hotel but generally was clean.
Bathroom sink drained slowly and AC didn’t keep the room cool. Called front desk twice bit issues were not resolved.
But all in all, not a bad experience.

Same penny and other scraps of paper on the hall floor outside our door All 3 nights. Although the Convention Center is across the street, an uncomfortable number of homeless and drug users on the street to walk any where. Lobby and restaurant were clean and food was good. Bed was comfortable and housekeeping staff friendly.

HVAC was out in our room. Instead of offering another option. Engineer came up. Said it was working would take time to cool. We had been on the road all day and was exhausted. Fell asleep woke up to 75 degrees. Called front desk again. They said compressor was out we have to move your room. This was 1am. Unacceptable. This was handled so poorly. Guest was inconvenienced and perception from staff was that we were a bother. Your valets and that service was incredible

I was promised free breakfast, but was told at check-in that they would not honor that. had to call Hotels.com and stay on chat about an hour talking back and forth, to get it. When i checked in, i did not get the room promised. and the one i got was filty...had to immediately call front desk and get another room. was promised corner room, but it only had one corner visable...the other view was blocked!! i just gave up and stayed there

No house keeping in 4 days. Dirty rooms to begin. Staff not very friendly.

They advertise a pool. No pool available. No email warning. It’s not short term out of order. Room phones don’t work. Needs new carpet. No coffee in restaurant at 8 pm. No bell hops. Staff alerted. No manager reached out. Manager takes frequent breaks.

This was our second time staying here on our way to Connecticut every summer. It is always a pleasure to stay here. The employees were very friendly each time we have stayed. The breakfast was delicious.

I enjoyed the cleanliness anf appearance of hotel. I was a little disappointed that the swimming pool was closed. But would stay there again, since its so close to many restaurants and attractions.

I was told to have free parking and asked me to provide cc. Reception manager mentioned that it wont be used for parking but they charge 35$ parking fee.

This is a really great hotel! The facilities were clean and the staff was so incredibly nice and accommodating. The only down side is that the area is a little sketchy but the hotel was great!
