Really hard bed and couch. The couch looked old and cheap. Was so uncomfortable. The windows dont block out street noise on PCH. Extremely overpriced , expected a much classier and comfortable room for what we paid. Wont be back.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Our room had a large bathroom and a nice little living room. The pool area, bars and lounges were wonderful. Henry’s had excellent food, my son said it was the best steak he’s had anywhere and the steak fajitas at Cabo Wabo were top notch. Want to visit again for sure!

Staff was friendly. Property was clean and walking distance to the beach restaurants and other amenities!

Shuttle service guys were so helpful and sweet!

Great resort. The my double bed suites are nice and spacious. I love that the pools are open late and heated. Wish the water slides were open past 4pm during the week. Only option for parking is valet at $50 per day.

Beautiful hotel, room, pools, restaurants, and great location

Everything was amazing except valet was not as efficent as it should be. Lost my car twice in 5 days and took almost 30 minutes to get it - the other days were okay.

Loved our stay here. We enjoyed all the amenities from the heated pool, our room view of the pool and ocean, the different games throughout the hotel, the AMAZING rooftop bar, the list goes on!

We were there as a birthday gift to our 10 year old granddaughter. We had the best time at the beach and the pool. The room was plenty big enough and very clean.

The hotel is always clean and the staff is nice and helpful. It’s also family and pet friendly.

Nice hotel for families

Pros: Close to beach/activities for kids. Cons: Lots of fees with this property. When booking on Hotels.com, when says includes fees & taxes, it was not all fees/taxes. We did a 6 night stay there-there was a $40 per day resort fee, plus $7 in other fees-so approx. an additional $50 pr day. They only offer valet parking, so $50 per night for that. That was an additional $600 for our stay. You receive two additional wrist bands if you would like guests to visit you for the day - we had lots of family in CA, which is why we stayed there. Visitors for the day pay $30 for the day to park. If you have more than 2 visitors spending the day with you on property, it is $130 per person for a day pass. You don't need a wrist band to eat at either the 2 restaurants on property, so if someone is just coming to have a meal with you, they can have their parking validated & it will cost $10 to park. There is a locked entrance to both of the pool areas that are manned who checks the bands to enter. There were many times when they ran out of pool towels & if you wanted to get one for the kids or someone else, that person had to physically be present at the attendant. Many people were saving pool lounges & if it was saved for more than an hour & people just arriving could not find a chair, security would just come & move all your stuff to 1 chair. The deck around pool very slick. 1 child slipped,fell & hit his head & medical staff were called. We are Hilton honors members-would not stay again.

Awesome resort with great amenities and great staff

The Bellman, concierge and valet were all very polite and top-notch service. The part about our trip that was very frustrating. Is this is supposed to be a non-smoking location. We paid extra to have an oceanfront view, but could not enjoy being on the patio with the neighboring unit smoking on their patio. It was a bit frustrating, the hotel reimbursed for the resort fee, but that pails and comparison to the amount of money we spent for that room, location and being able to enjoy an oceanfront view outdoors. Additionally, while the manager was understanding, she also questioned why we didn’t complain sooner Which seemed like an insensitive and unprofessional response. The quality of the food in the restaurants was decent, but not what we expected for the cost , when waterfront is really presented as a resort vibe. The positives about this days, you really can’t beat the location. It is close to everything walking distance to the pier walking distance to the beach. We did rent a beach cabana, which was well worth the money! From 11 AM to 4 PM we had our own cabana in the sand with sodas waters, and an available menu to order food from. The man would come and check on us every 45 minutes and was super kind And helpful We would love to be back again, just purely for the location and view however, we would hope that service level from a management perspective would improve and quality of the food at Cabo

Suites are great for family. Resort and staff a great. Beach across the street. Resort provides beach accessories for play. Food at resort pricey.

Our room was similar to a nice Hampton Inn room but with a great view. Our first room had food on the floor. The food at the hotel was extremely expensive. A burger at Cabo Wabo was $32. We didn’t eat on site. All staff was very friendly and helpful.
