In town for softball tournament and this hotel provided a clean convenient location. Will stay here again. Close to I 75 and several restaurants.

We had a terrible experience at its sister store in Kennesaw(my review is on there) but we were desperate and willing to give the chain another chance. I am glad we did. The front office staff was absolutely amazing, waving the pet fee and allowing us to check in early, we were sleep deprived due to the difficulties of the Kennesaw hotel. The room was spacious and the long bed was so comfortable, we passed out quickly. The stairs aren't a huge stressor to climb. The fact that it is a nice hotel and pet friendly made this such a better experience than expected. The breakfast is like $5 for a sandwich and they are seriously amazing sandwiches. It is right off of i-75 in the middle of probably the best places to stay. You have a mall and any store or restaurant you can think of around you. It is within driving distance to local attractions like Raccoon Mountain(such a cool place to go to, you will drive through a neighborhood to get to it) or Ruby Falls. Stay here, most affordable and better quality hotels. We are impressed and will be back to this location on the future. In a scary situation like Hurricane Milton, someone to show some sort of empathy while you are scared that your whole life you built could be gone, it makes a difference for even a short while.

I paid for my room 6 hours before arriving when I get to the hotel no room for me had to sleep in my vehicle.

Came into town for a family wedding, got to the hotel pretty late and the gal behind the desk was very polite and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable, bathroom was also very clean. We were on the 1st floor, kinda considered it may be noisy, but I was wrong! Slept well. Definitely will be staying again.

If steps are a problem for you, make sure you book a handicapped room. No elevator. Otherwise adequate for overnight. Couch in room very uncomfortable.

Very clean. Updated except for the tub, but it was fine. Coffee, microwave, fridge. The location was near Hampton Place Mall - Lots of restaurants! Only downside was that it had no elevator. If you have a handicapped or elderly person in your group, it's probably not the best place to stay. I had to lug my heavy luggage up the stairs. Didn't expect that!

Hotel does not have an elevator and does have two wings, so if you're on the 2nd floor, make sure you are using the correct stairs. Thin walls with some noise.

Near the airport but no shuttle. Easy free parking, restaurants nearby. No elevator to the second floor. Nice room.

Did not have hair dryer, did not have a good breakfast and they did not tell you at check in that you needed to request room service so we did not get clean towels. Staff were rude.

During check in, the door outside door would not open with the card. I walked around to the front to come in after parking the car. The next morning, there was no complimentary coffee, and breakfast required an additional payment.

A great room, location, atmosphere, and staff at a great price.

Great location, newly remodeled facilities. Very clean, staff very courteous and helpful. Did not have a chance to try the pool or fitness room but it was available. Would definitely recommend and come back if needed a place in the area.

The staff was very professional and the rooms were ok. They did not have any type of breakfast the 2 mornings we were there and you could smell weed in the hallway

Room was clean and stocked. The only negative was the iron and board were not well maintained. The iron didn’t work at all and the board would open to the low setting. Other than that and no elevator and I have need of knee surgery. That was a bit of a shock.

Definitely more outdated that the pictures imply but the room was clean and comfortable. Didn’t take advantage of the breakfast service but looked nice passing by.

Had my parents over in the hotel they were very patient with them and spoke to them.

Inside of hotel was nice clean had one incident with a safety apparatus but outside was different trash was laying around Grasscutting bushes needed trimming patio could used a little cleaning

Smaller size felt more cozy. Rooms were well equipped. Only negative was that we were given a handicap room and the shower could not be set for someone to stand up.

Bedding was clean. No elevator and hotel was very outdated and dirty looking.
