We checked in & got to room & bathroom had hair stuck in pipes in tub, gunk in and on top of drain in tub, and sink was leaking, cigarettes all over inside property (not room), no trash bags in room or bins, entrance to homeless encampment in back of property where hotel parking is. We brought all issues to Joseph Diaz/front desk and was sent to new room (218) which we declined after looking ant room and it to having hair all over the bathroom. We even spoke to agm Amir. We had to go buy draino and clean it ourselves because we didn’t trust the cleaning crew. Photos unable to be added to platform but can email all if needed.

Staff at this location were fabulous! It was odd to not have a blow dryer or housekeeping but other than that stay was great. Carpets could be cleaner *

Very convenient location to access freeway. It’s quieter than most people think considering it’s next to freeway and off ramp. Staff was friendly. Clean and safe. This wasn’t the first time I stayed and I’ll come back again. Shows its age here and there but it’s ok for one night.

Pleasant staff, rooms are decent, due to no security our technicians van was attempted to be stolen from the lot, the staff was helpful with the police but regardless they should have security cameras or a guard because area isn't that safe

Found bugs in bathroom and stains in refrigerator. No one ever answered the front desk. And when I asked for towels, they told me to come get it downstairs because there was hair in our towels. 2 prostitutes literally approached my husband

Firstly, I want to acknowledge the overall comfort of the hotel, but I must express my concerns regarding cleanliness. I noticed that some areas of the hotel, including the outdoor spaces, were not well-maintained, with visible trash that detracted from the otherwise pleasant ambiance. Additionally, I believe there should be a designated smoking area situated away from the building. This would not only enhance the comfort of non-smoking guests but also contribute to a more inviting environment. Another significant concern was the cleaning schedule for guest rooms. I understand that your policy allows for room cleaning every three days. However, I found this insufficient for maintaining hygiene standards, especially during a week-long stay. I had to request room service to clean my room, which I believe should be a standard service for paying customers. Daily cleaning not only ensures a healthier environment but also enhances the overall guest experience.

There are no stores around this area. My room smelled cigarette when I first entered the room.
