The worker at the front desk was sensational.

The room was not ready at the 3pm check in time. Returned at 4pm to check in and the front desk had to leave to go find out if the room was ready. While outside waiting for the room to be ready, several hotel staff were sitting outside smoking. The Premium room was advertised as a larger room but it was really just an upcharge for an extra chair. Not impressed all around.

My room had garbage under the bed mirror was so streaks no pool towels on one side of hotel elevator didn’t work. Ice makers didn’t work. There was a side door broken. The staff at the front desk didn’t seem to care about any of my issues. I have been coming there for several years and staying at this location. Maybe I need to change it.

The room was really clean and comfy. Breakfast was really great. There is Also Longhorn restaurant attached to the hotel, you just need to walk in through the hotel lobby.
I really liked everything there.

The only suggestion would be to fix the carpet in the ground floor hallway. It is wrinkled and sunfaded. Otherwise a good visit.

Staff was accommodating when we arrived, our room was next to a very noisy neighbor and we requested a changed immediately. We were put into a different room with zero problems. Both staff and guests were friendly at all hours and areas of the hotel when our 3 year old wanted to run into the elevator or have fun in the halls. We were greeted with all smiles, this hotel will be our preferred stay when we are in the area!

Friendly Staff checking us in. However, checking out staff did minimal conversion with no Thank You for staying with Holiday Inn. Rooms were clean and Breakfast was nice. Didn’t use pool area but it was nice size and a good fitness room.

Our room was not clean and still had the do not disturb sing on door from previous guest. The front desk changed our room to cover the issue. We stayed two days total. Room service did not clean our room at any time. The only time they wanted to clean our room they knocked on the door the morning of our check out even though we were still in our room. We asked for replacement towels from the front desk since the room was not cleaned. They said to sit the old towels outside the door. They towels were never picked up and still there when we were leaving the next day. The pool is VERY nice. Other than the fact they have no towels cleaned and stocked in the pool area. No towels Friday, Saturday or Sunday morning. When asking the room service manager about it. She replied that they are just now getting started on it.

Rate was over priced due to holiday weekend. Per the front desk when I asked at check in. The card reader someone had written the F word and the free world. Told the check out person. He just shrugged and said some people are rude. Use to enjoy staying twice a year will be looking for better rates from now on.

Waited 20 min for someone to show up at check in desk. Manager tried, didn’t know how to book someone in. Desk person really not interested in helping a customer. Walk in rate offered was far higher than Expedia, desk person didn’t offer any solution and said just book on Expedia… so I did.

I was shocked at the busted tiles in the shower and the hair on the floor….but then I went to use the hot tub and the condition/cleanliness issues got worse. There were no visible directions to even turn on the jets of the hot tub, the bottom was rust stained and the edges were filthy. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and the walls so thin I could hear every word spoken in the hallway. I booked this hotel due to the typical positive reputation of IHG hotels and for the hot tub. Huge disappointment. Do better!

Unfortunately one of the several rooms we reserved for New Years Eve was infested with cockroaches. The pool was filthy the water very murky. The hottub water turned BROWN mid evening. No towels were available in swim area. Very disappointing.

Stayed two nights. Bed was comfortable. TV had over 70 channels to choice from. Restaurant attached to hotel is a nice convenience.

They said they ran out of towels and wash rags and I had to use my friends towel to dry off on !!😡 also Inhar to use the hand towel to wash with I refused to use someone else’s wash rag !!! We saw the leaning lady when we left the room and she had plenty of clean towels !!! uufghh

We booked our stay at this hotel as it was indicated on Expedia that it is pet friendly. That is not the case. The hotel is not pet friendly and would not honor our reservation. We had to frantically find another hotel in the area. Very very frustrating experience - especially after a long travel day.
