Construction was going on. The back of the building looked like a bomb went off. The problem was that when we booked it says a pool will be open, my granddaughter and the rest of us were looking forward to the pool as it was very hot. The pool area was under construction, no pool was available.

The staff was very friendly. At first we were gonna stay on the second floor, but the guy that was booking us said the only room available was facing a noisy street so he put us on the 3rd floor, which I found to be very thoughtful and it proved to be quiet. Beds were very comfortable.

The room was so clean, large. So nice to use a great shower after a long trip

I picked this hotel because it said it had an outdoor pool and pictures of the pool. I get there and you know longer had the pool and there was contraction I was working nights and sleeping during the day so it made it hard to sleep with the house breakfast was good.

Not bad but under remodeling

Construction both inside and outside of building and no warning as to the condition. Hotel room wasn't fully cleaned. Previous renter's food was left in the fridge. Staff member that checked me in didn't do it properly so they couldn't check me out when I left at 7am. Overall one of the worst experiences I've had at a hotel and will not recommend or stay at another fairfield or marriott associated hotel again.

The hotel should have warned us they are under construction!

Call and make sure the amenities you want there are actually available before you reaerve and pay! Renovations should be complete before re-opening. Long-term outages of internet and tv should be expressed before reservations are confirmed. The staff was wonderful, apologetic and did the best they could, but my 2 nights there were not worth what I paid for. Fairfield Inns are usually my go to for hotels and I never felt the need to check reviews before , but now I will.

My "go-to" place when traveling.

would have been nice to have breakfast served until 10AM. I-75 noise was pretty noticeable. Thin walls, no seals around door allowed noise from hallway and neighbors to intrude. TV remote was unfathomable to display channel.

Property was under construction, a mess everywhere.. keys didn’t work well to get in room or building… no food at breakfast at 8:30am…

Construction and loud noises everywhere, no power when going in to room. Staff contacted maintenance whom rectified. Reception changed room and it was satisfactory.

Customer service was truly the main issue here. We were supposed to check in at 3, but was told the room wasn’t ready. Usually this isn’t a big deal but when you’re trying to make a wedding it is. The customer service representative was RUDE no understanding or friendly conversation just rude. Also there was one lady who looked like she work there but SAT around the whole time we were there. The beds we’re rock hard as well. This is my first time staying at Fairfield and it will surely be the last!

There was mold on the ceiling and could see water damage. Staff didn’t care. Bathroom wall has something all over it. Elevator had sign stating only one or two people at a time, carpet had ripples in it as it was coming up or not installed correctly- my child tripped on it every time

The air was turned off in the room so everything was damp and smelled. The hot tub was closed for maintenance and many doors were boken. The breakfast was really good and super friendly staff!

The pool outside is excellent to swim in

The room smelled horrible and it was very dirty bathrooms, beds and floor.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Maid service was provided daily and the beds were made. Pleasurable stay while visiting a beautiful area.

Anthony, the manager on duty, was extremely rude. He admitted while trying to check in that Marriott overbooked the hotel because of the Chris Stapleton concert & horse races on the weekend of April 23, 2022. My husband & I along with 2 friends had lined up & paid for rooms on March 26, 2022. We even received an email from Marriott allowing us to check in on April 22, 2022 and the email not only had a confirmation number but also had “your room is guaranteed”. However when we tried checking in, Anthony would not allow us a room. Said because we booked through Hotels.com & it was a 3rd party site, they would only allow Marriott members whom paid through only Marriott to check in & have a room. They had become overbooked in the 2 days prior. But those of us whom booked a month out were told there was nothing they can do. They wouldn’t even help us find other rooms! We have used Hotels.com for years & have NEVER had this type of problem or service! Anthony & his employees had no compassion & only wanted the rooms more expensively booked! We needed up finding the last 2 rooms over 30 miles away mere hours before the concert started. We ended up late to the concert because of Marriott & the rudeness!!

Great stay. Hotel was very clean

Close to highway and lots of restaurants, great room, comfortable, very clean for a pet friendly hotel. Great breakfast, friendly staff. Would stay again

It was clean and quiet. We did drive past it twice as we came around 8 pm and it was dark. There is no lighting in front doors outside and the lights didn't work on the side we had to enter to go to our room. That needs to be fixed. But the room was clean. The breakfast was good and Fred is a delightful man to talk to. Very courteous. All in all a great place.

Expect a high level of cleanliness. Bathtun was best up and there was a musty smell in the room
