Gross is an understatement. Hairs wrapped In the “clean” towels, tub dripped into a pool or water, walls are splattered with…something. Do not ever stay here.

Horrible people that manages the property. Dishonest kept our money. Stay away from this hotel.

Front desk put me on hold forever when I called from the road trying to say I will be very late. He did not even call me back. Hours later when I checked in, the front desk lied about "we called you back - even though they did not and my phone showed no such call attempts. At check in, the night manager disappeared to help a customer but never came back - until I had to call him from his back room.

Just not a good experience.

I asked for a quiet good room as I drove from New Jersey 5 Hours Dr. and needed some rest for one night. They gave me a room 231 with spider in the bathroom curtain. I could not shower then also loud noises until 12PM in the night

The property was not clean. I was not able to get a room key until the second day I was there, so I had to go to the front desk every time I needed let into my room. I was charged $50 more than the Expedia price, with no explanation, and I received a call after checking out that I left my gun under the bed. It was not my gun. I will never stay here again.

The pictures tell a different story. It’s way more run down. However, the staff was pleasant and the surrounding forests are beautiful. Good location for a quick stay.

Our room dirty, the toilet hadn’t been cleaned & the former guests waste was still visible. They changed us to the room next door. But obviously they hadn’t noted it in their computer system & we had 3 lots of guest also allocated our room & they opened the door with the card given to them. The last time was after 10pm when my husband was in his underwear! There was a microwave & fridge in the room, but no tea/coffee etc facilities in the room. There was breakfast included. When we asked where we go for breakfast, we were handed a paper bag. It had a small muffin, an apple, a small bottle of water & orange juice. All of this made our stay in Pittsburgh a really bad experience.

Horrible experience. Dirty grounds that needed vacuuming, dilapidated wooden staircase that looks like it is going to collapse, dirty room that needed to be swept, fuzzy reception on tv and remote didnt work, shady character kept pacing outside the room at 2am, someone banging on next door and using a ring on the window for almost half an hour at 3am - 4am until we called front desk. Could not take it, checked out at 4 - 430am, and best of all, man laying on the floor in front window by reception area with blanket and pillow (sleeping?) and reception person was there! Still very shaken by it. What kind of hotel are you running? Absolutely unacceptable!!!!!!

Stayed there 2 nights (pictures on Expedia are deceiving). First day, killed a cockroach. Then when I went to adjust the air, found a piece of glass from a broken crack pipe (could easily see the burns in it) Avoid at all costs.

Property lists ammenities like a pool that was closed and appeared to not jave been operative the entire summer. Property lists free breakfast; there was none. Sole ice machine for property was not in service as well. Carpeted areas in the halls were not clean and appeared worn.

There is no elevator. The staff seem to be trying hard to keep it clean but the facility is quite worn out.

Definitely an old property that needs some updating. The room was relatively clean, but the mattress was creaky and many updates need attention.

Although the room looked pretty clean, it still had a bad odor and the carpet could really use a good cleaning, it may help with the odor.

We are in 2024, it's unacceptable to have very poor internet.

My room was leaking water from the ceiling and the front desk said the manager wasn't there so nothing they could do about ...the room was not cheap

I found my experience subpar at best, Hotel staff were very rude and uninterested. Other than the the room was quite clean.

Staff not friendly there was no breakfast just a bag with a muffin small bottle juice and an apple. Pool area was dirty and so was the pool water . When you walk into the lobby it smelt moldy. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL THERE ARE BETTER PLACES TO STAY !!!!!

The room was clean and the staff were friendly. However, the hotel is in dire need of a renovation and a good carpet cleaning.

We were put in a basement room with no windows. The hotel is not handicap accessible. I had surgery 3 days prior to our stay and was on crutches. I was told there was no elevator and our room was in the basement. The room was not clean. The hotel was in a state of disrepair. The ice machine was broken which was a problem due to the necessity of ice following my surgery. The free breakfast consisted of an apple, a muffin, a small bottle of water, and a bottle of juice (according to the packaging the juice should have been refrigerated but was not) all in a brown paper sack. Checkout time was 11 am and we were awakened prior to that by someone entering our room to clean it. I will never stay at this hotel again and wouldn’t recommend staying there to my worst enemy.

Pay a little more and go elsewhere! Worst hotel stay I've ever had! The check-in clerk was far from pleasant--spoke quietly and when asked to repeat seemed as though I had offended him. NOTE: The check-out clerk was very pleasant. We were told "first floor" yet we had to go down stairs (with 5 heavy bags and no offer of help--I'm 68). we were below the street--the windows were about 6" from the ceiling and we couldn't look out unless we wanted to see car tires in the parking lot. The drapes didn't close all the way so light shone in. And speaking of lights--the flashed, not flickered, flashed for a good 10 minutes before staying on. The bathroom floor was sticky and the toilet seat was broken. The room had an odor to it which I cannot identify. We could hear the conversation in the room next door. Not to be vulgar, but we could hear the the occupant describing his bathroom "leavings". There were no cups in the room, when asked for some we received two styrofoam cups. The bed was very comfortable (firm) however the pillows were not! Small pillows, very soft pillows that offered no head or neck support. My husband and I both woke up with more aches and pains that normal!

Had an issue with booking and the the booking agent was willing to correct the problem but the hotel manager was not. She even lied to my face and told me she would look into the problem and called me later but never did. We have disputed the charge with our credit card company. By the way they advertise free breakfast but a water and a muffin in a bag is not breakfast and should not be advertised as such.

Out dated hotel, needs upgraded, not the cleanest hotel, to pricy for the accommodation’s , would not stay again.

The room was noisy and it smelled. It was situated right beside the pool that was very different than advertised with a very busy highway on the other side of the pool. The noise from the highway was overshadowed by the noise from the air conditioning unit however. The room smelled and there were cobwebs in the windows. No wonder this establishment was so strict on their “nonrefundable” policy…it’s the only way they can possibly make any money.
