Two of the three elevators did not work while I was there. Lots of constructions. It wasn't that convenient to get to the room. Clean and safe enough for business trip. Fast check in and out. No hassle, frills nor delicious chocolate chip cookies like they have at the double tree. I do appreciate having the shampoo and bath gels filled for the 4 nights I was there, unlike the Doubletree a block away.

Ok hotel in general. Restaurant and bar closed at 9pm which didn’t work for my late arrival. Renovations had hallways and stairways blocked off. Boulevard side road noise had me waking up every couple of hours from loud hot roads zooming by. I only managed 3-hrs sleep per night. Unfortunate as the rooms were updated and clean, nice room.
I won’t be staying at this Wyndham hotel again.

They're updating the property which is good. The AC fan in our room was so loud we switched it off, and the bed springs creaked and groaned. None of that matters if you're a deep sleeper though. All the staff are lovely and friendly and going above and beyond to make up for the chaos of construction.

For our 2 night stay we left with lower back pain, stiff necks and literally bent out of shape. The double mattress was oversize for the box frame and when you lay down you roll to the center. The small makeup mirror was broken, the TV wall mount was poorly installed--tv was tilted downward and slightly crooked. There was only decaf coffee packets. We had zero warning on the road work being conducted on broadway road. Overall, the room looked nothing like what was advertised in their pictures.

We selected this hotel as a close hotel to the airport as the ending leg from our road trip from Las Vegas. Upon check in we were greeted by the front desk and bellman. It was a little of a walk to our room, but the room was enough for our overnight stay. Room and clean and roomy. Amenities were great. I liked the shower pressure of all. Some hotels, to me, the shower pressure was low, but me being a shower persin was aewsome. I think this was the best of all of my hotel stay

You basically get what you pay for.
The good: Great location near the airport, staff was very friendly, easy access to all highways.
Not so good: Stain on bedsheet, room had some cosmetic damage but nothing terrible, i should have verified first but there is no complementary breakfast or coffee, they do have a restaurant, but way overpriced, so plan on going out if you want breakfast. The shuttle broke down so we had to pay for an Uber to the airport, the front desk paid for an uber for the folks before us but did not offer us one. Lastly I asked for our room to be serviced as we needed towels but it was not. Over all not a horrible stay but next trip we will definitely upgrade to a better location.

I think the renovations are causing some issues, which will hopefully be resolved soon. The TV and the TV remote were different brands so I could not watch TV. The toilet ran all night. The shower dial was attached upside down so it was difficult to tell if the water was on hot or cold. The bathroom was not the cleanest and needs some fixing up.

The gym had no AC. We are at the restaurant and got a dirty cup with lipstick, the omelet had a hair. Not very clean.

You maybe keep air conditioners loud to drown out airplanes? I heard my room wasn't even to be used by customers from morning front desk staff, but your staff put me in that room. Bathtub and toilet dirty. Bathtub drain didn't work. We had to call maintenance. I was rushed to get ready for a class because my friend took first shower. The room was farthest from front desk, but elevators on that side were not allowed to be used by guests, so we had to walk far distance to get to room or car. I was not impressed. I decided I will just brave Phoenix traffic to get to 9 am class, because I won't stay the night and still not be able to sleep well. I'm taking 4 classes on Mondays in September and live quite a distance, in a different town.

The air conditioner in my room was so loud I had to wear ear plugs to sleep. They apparently had some renovations done but you could tell they just slapped paint on the walls and wasn’t very professional done. The location was good with access to the freeways. The staff were very nice and professional.

Staff was amazing! There was a party on the floor we were on and the entire floor smelled of weed. There must have been at least 15 people in that room. There was empty beer cans in the parking lot. The jacuzzi was not hot. They allow people to bring ice chests and drink beer in bottles in the pool area. There were no pool towels. Nice place but overall I will not stay here with my kids again.

Check-in went well. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was nice. Hotel is being updated and can see it, nice atmosphere. Room was clean but the dirty grout in the shower took away from that. Bed was comfortable.

The location is perfect for access to Sky Harbor airport. It's a quick and easy 15 minute drive to long term parking. I had a balcony room and it was perfect. The bed was clean and very comfortable. The staff was eager to assist and there's a lounge offering discounts at happy hour. It's located north of Broadway, West of 10 and 143 and I was surprised at how quiet it was. I would definitely stay here again.
