The breakfast was good, staff is very polite and helpful. Hotel room was nice, recently renovated, and clean. Location is a good middle point between downtown phoenix and downtown Tempe.

The location is great, It's near from the airport. The breackfast was excellent, plenty of food. Beds are comfortables

I really liked the location to the airport. The hotel was close to the airport which worked out well for me.

I didn't like that I found a bloody pillowcase in my room which is biohazard material. While the staff seemed surprised, they really didn't take steps to mitigate the situation.

The rooms were spacious and well put together the view was okay and the beds were comfortable

The bathroom lighting starts very dim and then gets bright after about 5 minutes, the balcony was dirty had some kind of feces on it so we could not go out onto it and we did bring it up to the staff immediately after checkin and left for a couple hours only to return to it still there, wish the breakfast could go until 11 it ended to early to be able to get down there just would be a nice courtesy. Otherwise nice hotel for the pricing!!

Room with safe made storage in closet tight for 2 people, especially staying 11 days. Love the sittings area in the lobby and room.. 24/7 food from kitchen was good Breakfast should not have cold coffee until time was over.

I love the lobby area with the bar and lots of different gathering spaces.

Price, surrounding area, pictures online were deceiving. Property looked much nicer in photos, than first impression. However, after setting out to walk the parkway along the river, we realized that the area was under some major renovation/improvements. Initially, the area looked run down and unsafe, especially the neighborhood behind the hotel. Logistics to the airport was our main focus, with the ability to walk/hike. Looking for rooms less than $300/nt, The advertised price was fairly good, but the added taxes/hotel fees, of nearly $45 more, pushing our cost close to $350. Glad we only needed it for one night. the breakfast was good, but the conference room where we ate was NOT a nice place to eat. That set up needs much improvement...

Great room, very comfortable

The hotel advertised an on-site restaurant, but they just had a small counter attached to the lobby where you could order food/drinks. Not at all a sit down restaurant.

I loved the snack bar downstairs! Those baked cookies were the bomb!

Water in the shower was a little cold but it was fine.

The staff was exceptional! Literally every staff member that we encountered was kind, polite and exuded professionalism! the shuttle was extremely convenient! We very much enjoyed our stay!

I really have no complaints about this hotel! It was fantastic! I will note that one couch cushion had minimal, yet visible damage. I would have also liked a microwave in the room. These are MINIMAL complaints!
