GREAT STAY

Would’ve appreciated a later checkout than 12. Regular checkout was 12 at the previous courtyard we stayed at in West Palm Beach, the night before.

This is a very nice property in a great part of Miami, close to dining and good walking neighborhood. Guest room had a beautiful view (with balcony) of Biscayne Bay. We had some trouble getting the toilet to flush and despite 2 attempts to get assistance from the staff, nobody ever came to the room, forcing us to take the cover off the rear of the tank and jingle it after every use. Also, the A/C would not adjust to a higher temperature so it was either "on" full blast, or off. Kudos to the Bistro staff for an excellent breakfast. Also, despite the slight difficulties in the room, the staff we encountered were all terrific.

The property was clean & located in a great area. However, upon arriving to the property we were notified that the property would not have any electricity on Friday, 6/14, from 10-4:30pm, which means no AC & no WIFI. Mind you, we couldn’t get ven enjoy the pool because it was raining. We had to leave & go to another hotel where our co-worker was staying to use their WiFi. When we returned at 6:15pm, the electricity was still out. Very disappointed!

Whitney was a pleasure checking us in. the cafe staff was very nice and attentive. the room and property was very clean. thet make you pay a nightly service charge but you are allowed to spend it in the cafe. Tesla and bikes on site for short distances. Will return.

There was no water to drink in the room. Besides, I was told that wouldn't have energy from 9am to 16pm, rescheduled my plans and it didn't happened

Room very small

At first it just looked a bit shabby for a Marriott Hotel but rooms were ok at first glance. Then when the family in the next room checked in we realized we could hear every word through the connecting doors. The shower gel was empty when we arrived and wasn't refilled the next day either. The restaurant downstairs has decent food if they ever get your order right. During checkout they "forgot" to deduct the 30 dollar (they make you pay 30 dollars each day which you have to consume in the hotel restaurant).During checkout the lady was on the phone for 15 minutes straight and didn't even look up. Once she was done and there was a queue of 7 people behind me she looked up and said "Yes?" she didn't even try to be friendly. A Mediocre place with poor soundproofing and mostly unprofessional staff.

Great overall. My only complaint is the bathroom door is a "barn door style" door and when it's closed there a 1-2 inch gap. Sorta annoying.

I had booked a room with a balcony and when i arrived to the location i was given a regular room with no balcony and no explanation or any accommodation for this inconvenience. I didn’t even stay at the property , i turned in the keys the same day and left. Worst place ever.

Booked two rooms for my employees that were doing work in the area. Great location however 30 dollar per night per vehicle for parking 35 if its a suv. Thats a bit excessive, also got over charged $430 2x plus 130 for incidentals vs 60 dollars and when my employees went to the front desk and showed proof they were told those charges are not in the system but were showing posted transactions that was done on the banking website. Pay attention to charges and charges done to your cc

Nice location, friendly staff, but the rooms are uncomfortably small, the bathroom was pretty gross, and everything felt very tired.

2nd stay here I had the Junior suite with ocean bay view 5 days for my birthday everything is 10/10 recommend to sta. Staff is lovely, rooms are clean plus balcony vibes. A PLUS!

Room was modern and beautiful with a great view and the staff was great.

This is a wonderful hotel in a great location. Parking with the valet was easy and fairly priced. The check-in was great. We found we had a late zoom work meeting the next day and asked for a late checkout which was granted. Nice & clean room with a clean balcony. Comfortable bed. The bistro downstairs does not have many options and is very overpriced. The pool area was nice with a good variety of seating and lounge areas. Then, about 2 hrs before our late checkout, I went for coffee and was asked by the staff if we were checking out. I said, yes, we have a late checkout. They verified it and so no problem see you in 2 hrs. As we were on the work calls (with our bosses), the door was banged on and we had to answer it on 3 separate occasions with a person asking us why we were still there! I kept explaining but it still made us look bad on the calls (we were down for work). I had to go to the desk and even though they apologized half-heartedly, they said there wasnt much they could do now. Don't go for work but definitely go there for fun!

The tennis courts were unsightly and they had tiny fruit flies that were buzzing around all over the entire hotel.
