Think they need to modernise as the room was very dark even with an the lights on. My room safe didn't work and i had to call someone to fix it. No light in the closet. Also breakfast options very limited if you're vegan (no non-dairy yogurt for example). Buffet expensive at $32. Overall, I wasn't impressed even though I'm a Hilton Gold member.

We did not get told you get 2 free waters a day or that you get a credit every day for food or beverage. They do charge you for parking on property even if you’re staying there which I think is crazy should be allowed since you’re staying there. Over all it was clean but when we got over charged by a new employee by accident management shrugged it off as no big deal when I asked by the incidental charge was so high.

The dark wallpaper combined with the very dim lights was not ambient. It seemed more like you were saving money on electricity. It was very hard to see anything and every lightbulb look like it was below the white max needed to showcase anything. All the doors squeaked and needed to be adjusted.

Room is in need of an overhaul and deep cleaning. Holes and chips in the walls, stained lampshades, broken furniture, dirty socks under the edge of the bed- not worthy of the Hilton name. If these obvious items are neglected, it made us question the cleanliness everywhere. Uneasy to walk on carpets or sit on furniture. Reported to staff via text communication and were offered an "appetizer" for our troubles- ummm, no thanks. We paid over $300 per night to stay in a dumpy room. All the employees that we encountered- restaurant/bar staff, front desk, and baggage staff- were friendly and helpful. Were told a manger would contact us upon checkout with our concerns... have not been contacted.

Lighting is bad inside the rooms. Bathrooms need to be renovated. Sometimes did not get hot water in shower for over 15 minutes of water running. Positives, safe area and convenient to shops snd restaurants. Although, I would not stay here again.

Hotel was in great location but understaffed.
Lobby bathroom was either locked or not cleaned.
I was also locked out of the hotel. The door leading from of the fitness room to a balcony did not allow us back in the hotel. I called and they were not in a rush to unlock the exterior door.

Had to wait in a huge line to check in and every time we walked by the front desk there was a huge line of people waiting. They need signs on lobby walls indicating breakfast dining & need signs in elevators indicating where the gym is located. Paid $570 a night for a basic room with a king bed and I feel a basic continental breakfast should be included. The continental option they have is $32 per person. I did love the shower, the pressure was amazing & plenty of hot water!

Very busy location! Our room had broken curtains, the toilet wobbled anytime anyone used it, and the shampoo dispenser fell and broke off the wall in the middle of the night. Not too far from Fenway where we walked to a concert.

The room was great. Nice view of Back Bay Area of Boston. Parking garage was included for no extra cost. The neighborhood has plenty of shopping and dining with no need for the car during our stay. Overall great time. $30 room credit we used for drinks before going out to dinner. There’s no continental breakfast so you could use the credit for that instead I guess.
