Ac didnt work. Staff was rude about the situation. There was a dog barking all night. Room was dirty. Communal areas were dirty. Sheets were dirty. Towel racks were hanging from wall. Doors didnt lock properly so anyone could access the building at any time. Mildew smell. Wet dirty shower towels and blankets left on floor in hallway for several hours. Severe tripping and fire hazard. Elevator has not been inspected since February of 2022 and it sounds like its about to break. The night shift guy and the young day shift guy have very good customer relation skills.

Clerk at front desk was awesome ! Property in general was a mess. Looked to be under full remodel, not mentioned in info about property. Half of the parking lot full of shipping containers. Trash and old furniture scattered about at random. Area surrounding hotel is very industrial It was a place to sleep for the night, no more. Would not suggest bringing your kids here.

If I would have known that the hotel is being renovated while we stayed there I would have stayed some where else . We had no microwave no iron no safe no handle on the glass door to go outside . Had to ask for a hair dryer . Why have guest if the hotel isn’t ready ?? Shower was clogged .. I complained about the clog nobody ever came to fix it . Asked for the room to be cleaned while we was out .. got back 5 hours later and still no clean room . Went to reception to complain then we finally had the room cleaned while we waited in the dirty pool area . Definitely would not return till possibly fully renovated. It seems like the people renovating the hotel are living in the upstairs rooms . Some looked very shady . Saving the best for last … huge barking dog in next room . Not even sure if pets allowed??

Dirty sheets and clogged toilet

This hotel is in the mist of renovating, so I was understanding at first. However we get in the room and the sheets had dried blood and was dirty. They change the room and it was better at first. The next day we asked for room service and towels. We never received it. Went to a military graduation and came back to a dirty room with the sale dirty linen and towels we asked to be changed. The entire stay was a mess and still didn’t get any services. I had to go to the desk this morning and say “We never received our clean linen and towels.”! The guy looked appalled.

Dirty dried blood on comforter, hair in tub not ours. Two men watching teenage daughter if I wasn’t there probably would of snatch her into there room. Expedia pictures said there was a a hot tub no hot tub, pool was dirty. Renovating breakfast sucked.

Under construction, but I was not told when I made a reservation that the fitness center was closed. Shower did not work, so only a bath was available. The staff was very nice and apologetic, but that did not make up for the inconveniences. They forgot to cook the breakfast sausages. They just took the frozen sausages and put them in the serving tray to eat. Wait a year until the remodeling is done before you go there. It will be nice when finished.

Room was fine, wasn’t super clean. But for a short stay it was fine. photos did not match the pool area. No hot tub available and pool was not clean.

I understand they are under renovations but to have mold in the rooms and you can smell it in the ac units is horrible

Nice Room, TV Status Lose everyday cause off storm. It's going to be a nice place to stay after construction. Need to have room clean everyday. Yes, I would go back to stay.

Nothing. Will never stay there again. Charged me a deposit and never returned it. It's not right You didnt save me any money.it ended up being more than it should of. They had construction.going on there and at 8:30 pm they were still doing the construction.

The renovated room was very nice The building is updating rooms. Someday it may be nice. Breakfast was horrible. Only scrambled eggs no breakfast meats or breads, Thank Buda, they had coffee (old) Cleaning staff woke me up with our “Do Not Disturb” sign hangin’ on the knob AND We were checking out that morning

It was a good hotel and in the right location.

The property was under renovation. Dirt/dust everywhere. When I checked in, I was given a room # and key card. When I arrived at the room, it was already occupied. New room assigned that was OK. Breakfast was in the construction zone and no attempt was made to clean the dust from the tables/food serving area. The chairs for food service were FILTHY!! Stained and dirty. No offers to compensate for the construction. Never again.

The hotel is in the middle of a refurbishment. I like the direction it is going. Staff was very friendly throughout the construction mess. The pictures show a hot tub, THERE IS NO HOT TUB.

Breakfast wasn't available throughout quoted times and staff not available to resolve issue.Pool not clean. Renovation was being done (which was stated when making reservation, which made stay inconvenient. Prices should have been adjust or some type of resolution should have been given to satisfy my family.

Terrible customer service, hotel should not run business in this unsafe conditions. After my employee has checked in she checked the room filthiness of the room did not allow her to stay and per her request there was no any other rooms offered. I was on the phone with their front desk and Expedia for more than an hour and they denied refund saying that it was more than an hour since the check in. Shame on the manager!!! No business again!

The service was very nice, and the room was clean and brand new, the hotel was under renovation, which is the main concern but in general it did not affect our stay at all. The staff are very welcoming and nice.

Hotel is under construction. However it looks like they are upgrading to a more updated space. Breakfast was okay, but limited probably because of construction. Staff was friendly and helpful. Some maybe annoyed by the construction, but we are easy going and understanding.

The property is under construction and should be closed. The sliding door was broke as was the extra lock on door. No microwave or coffee ma. construction

It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The place was being remolded and the fitness room was being used as storage space and the dinning area was dirty and smelled of dusty plaster. It was not as advertised!

The towels look very dirty. Room is beautiful but dusty due to renovations i guess!

This was a horrible experience. We booked the hotel months ago and when we got there it was being renovated and it was a mess and dirty and dusty everywhere. This should have been mentioned to us, we should least have been offered a discount or a chance to go somewhere else. We understand renovations need to happen to keep a place nice, but the mess was everywhere, even in the finished areas. The finished area could have been clean, had they been we easily would have overlooked the mess around us. One bed had a nasty stain on the comforter and the bed showed obvious signs it had been used. No glasses or cups in the rooms, no coffee makers, no hairdryers. We went down for breakfast at a good time and there was hardly anything to eat and no one bothered to refill. The tables were filthy, we had to clean our table ourselves. The chairs we sat on were filthy, full of nasty stains. The staff was friendly, but the service was bad. Oh and the pictures clearly showed a hot tub and there was no hot tub at this hotel.

There were ants crawling on our nightstand on the small desk that they offered us. There was no coffee pot there was no microwave there were no trash cans there were no hangers to hang our clothes there was no dressers to put our clothes in and we were staying there for four nights. They never came to change her Linens they never gave us clean towels the continental breakfast was not a continental breakfast it was more like cold cereal and toast. The hotel was under major major renovation and horrible. The pool is not heated and it's over chlorinated and overbleached and is disgusting you can't swim in it and you have to walk through so much Construction to get to it it's not even worth going to. I complained constantly and nothing was done about it the toilet did not work and I had to wait almost 36 hours for somebody to come do something about it.

It was under construction and the place was a mess. When we signed up we were not notified of that. There was no breakfast except cold eggs, and the waffle machine had no batter to make waffles. We had ant's in our room and fleas. A total disaster!
