Need to clean the carpets throughout the hotel. Somewhat stained and dirty

Hallway carpet was dirty and air smell bad, Shower curtain was dirty, Fitness center equipments were all worn out/didn’t work

Comfortable bed and really nice surroundings, helpful staff, good and stable wifi

The room had a cigarette-like smell, the carpets and sofa were stained, the AC was loud and not user-friendly

they charged me twice for one night . I booked it through this app and wasn't allowed to check in and was already charged so I had to buy another room which ended up setting me back another 122 . I didn't get my refund and even though I checked in at 2 am they tried to kick me out at 1 pm that same exact day . so I got charged again for another night .

Hotel staff was accommodating. The pool was warm. Our room was nice and clean.

Needed towels at the pool. Breakfast was okay.

1. The desk chair in the room was falling apart. It shed all over me, which transfered to the bathroom. Had to get it switched out. 2. They ran out of caffeinated coffee. 3. One of the elevators broke. 4. My toilet wouldn't flush but they were too understaffed to bring me a plunger, which left me having to go down. Again. 5. The hallways were filthy 6. Not such a big deal, but there was no good place to put on makeup. The lighting wasn't great and there were no good mirrors

The customer service was great! The day we checked in the gentleman who helped us was fantastic!

The list is extensive. Pool- dirty( you expect an outdoor pool to have some amount of debris but for an indoor pool the level of deaf bugs,dirt, leaves, etc..was unexpected and gross!) Hallways- filthy. Vomit outdoors along with empty Pepsi bottles, red bull can and empty cigarette packs. Room was very old and dirty. Hand towels were dirty and could not use them. Reeked of smoke even though it is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel. Shower did not have shampoo. The only thing that came out was a small amount of water. We brought our own so it was okay but they should have been new and full for our arrival. Dust covered nearly everything. Just a very dirty place. We did let family know not to stay at this hotel. I thought $140 was a good deal but it was not at all! I wouldn't have paid $50 for this place. I hate to leave bad reviews but the pictures make this look like a great place to stay and it's not. Maybe other rooms are better and customer service was wonderful but overall this was a huge miss! Find somewhere else to stay!

Bed was comfortable. Location was good. Staff was responsive to requests.

Not much food selection at breakfast. No decaf coffee. No salt packets or salt shakers. When I called place on the phone before my visit, they mentioned they served devilled eggs but not to be found. Only two types of cereal plus oatmeal packets. Pillows were mushy. Very limited selection of TV channels.

Nice pool with warm weather.

No towels in gym or pool, only 1 elevator was working.

The room was lovely and met our needs as a family with young children.

The breakfast was really minimal and unimpressive: the waffle maker didn’t work properly and the canister for hot water barely worked. We had also looked forward to using the pool and it wasn’t until we tried to swim that we found out that the pool was closed for maintenance. No signage or notification prior to this major disappointment.
