The location is excellent to get to the city or Southbank. The rideshare access still needs some work but a minor issue that will sort on time. The rooms are huge and given the heritage nature of the building, architecturally impressive with all of the modern conveniences. The service levels of the team are 5 star. Never been disappointed here.

Great older hotel on riverside. The rooms are very spacious with tub. Great room for a family and everyone was friendly. Good location on the waterfront across from south end where museum and park are. Everything in walking distance and 7 min from central station.
Would def recommend and book again.

We got to the Treasury Hotel and the staff couldn't do enough for us, even to the point of wanting to ensure we could find the room with our luggage (only 1 bag!). We were upgraded to a beautiful suite, and everything was absolutely perfect. The bed was so comfortable i didn't want to get out of it! We had a small leak in our room from the sheer downfall we had over the 24hrs however it didn't impact on the room and our stay, again the staff couldn't do enough for us.

An absolute treasure! This hotel did not disappoint. We were looked after with an early check in and it just got better and better with each day we spent there. The staff were genuinely lovely and they made us feel very special. Can’t wait to come back to Brisbane, we had an incredible time.

The room service was appalling !! Upon making a complaint to room service and "Peter" at concierge when checking out, nobody bothered to ask what the problem or dissatisfaction was and just completely dismissed the issue.

Georgous old building and the room was huge with 20ft ceilings. great bed and quiet which was surprising being next to main road.
minor issue is the breakfast was alacarte not buffet and the waitress couldn't understand what filtered coffee was???

I had a fall in a nearby street and upon entering the hotel, we asked for some ice. They sat me down and got security with first aid to check my ankle.
They checked again with me the next morning - went above and beyond for me - considering too that the injury didn't happen on the premises.
Room lovely - we try and go back 2 - 3 times a year - great packages!

Absolutely loved our stay so much so we will be heading there for Easter break with the kids in the hotel part. Beautiful building and excellent customer service could not fault it at all and location was fabulous

When we arrived at the hotel, we asked if there was a place to park our car, and the man at reception kindly told us that we could park in the parking lot under the hotel, saying over the microphone that we were hotel guests. What a surprise when the next day at reception the staff asked us to pay for parking. Why hadn't they told us this before when we had asked?
What's more, we weren't very well received, we seemed to be bothering the reception staff.
In the corridors, on the furniture, there were remnants of dirty champagne bottles and glasses which remained all day.
The bathroom had a very strong smell.
