We enjoy this hotel quite a bit, we have stayed a few times. There was someone else’s soap in the shower and the water went cold halfway through my shower.

Everything was average nothing special. They charge you for everything all over priced for being a Hilton I would been better off in a best western with free breakfast

Everyone was friendly. The only complaint was having to pay for parking across the street. Even with the paid parking was still less expensive than a lot of other place at the same comfort. Service was great from check in to the minute we left. Will definitely stay again.

First time in downtown Fort Wayne. Hilton is a nice place to stay. Friendly staff, nice bartender, clean room

Convenient location for a reasonable price. Parking across the street in the parking deck was covered by the hotel which is a nice perk for a downtown hotel.

I was really disappointed with our at this hotel. The hotel staff walked away for several minutes when said we said we wanted to check in. The room was dirty with stain in the carpeting, mold in the bathroom caulk and dirt in the corners of the bathroom floors. Room was dated and not well maintained, including the A/C unit that rattled throughout the night. Won’t be staying here again. Hotel needs a remodeling.
Only positive is there is a Starbucks next door.

Cleanliness… sheets had to be changed when I got there. Black hair in sink. Carpet not vacuumed.

Had to take a shower bath because the tub was slow draining. Stood in a good 4 inches of standing water while showering. The surfaces weren’t wiped down and the vent needed a good dusting.

Very dated property. Previous half used toilet paper left in our bathroom. Very dated property. Won’t stay again

Our room was dirty, spider webs, dirt and hair on the floors. Toilet paper was not a whole roll. We ran out of Toilet paper with no reserve toilet paper after requesting toilet paper. I asked if the beds can be changed and toilet paper added we eere told yes but never received it. After returning at 10:00 at night our room was untouched. NO towels toilet paper, oval shaped trash cans filled!! We asked to be moved to a new room which had mold in the tub area (i have pictures.) Elevator floors were filthy. I loved bein at this hotel but this is the last time my fa.ily Church will stay here. As a ministry leader for Indpls church, we've held our conference and used tthis hotel. I will veto any idea to use this facility in the future. We had rooms 625 and rooms 628.

The room was dirty, trash can had trash still in it and shower had dirty towel on the back of the door. Staff at counter were helpful. No one around for meal but stated they were open until 10:00pm. Breakfast staff was not helpful and never checked on me. Transportation to airport was fine.

We were in town for an event downtown. The hotel was super conveniently close to the venue. Great little walkable downtown. We had a nice stay.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. Annamarie was particularly helpful and friendly. Loved having breakfast with her. The omelette maker was lovely too. Breakfast was the best part.

The place was falling apart. Bubbling wall paper. Electrical issues. Lights flickering randomly. Night time is understaffed for sure. Pool was small and had only ladders to get in . Disabled chair didnt work well. Made in and out of pool almost impossible.

Room was nice, clean and good temperature. Late night bar was good, drinks were balanced, and bar tender was working hard.

Location is perfect. Hotel was clean and staff were very helpful. Our room was clean but needed some maintenance work - 3 broken or torn lamp shades. The towels were all mismatched, cheap, and rough. Small changes can make a difference.

Thought it was gonna be good. Room seemed clean. But the ac didnt work well. Room was hot. Went to take a shower and the tub wouldnt drain and water would come out of both thr faucet and faucet. Was told maintence already left for the day and wouldnt be back until the next day
