We payed for three rooms. Two were ready early, one was over two hours late. Loved the rooms and the resort. A much more economical stay in the heart of Disney World.

Everything was wonderful. Some extra fees that are not listed were on site parking - self park was 36*tax per night and valet was 44*tax per night. Also 100 dollar security fee.

Gorgeous resort. Renovated and very clean. Amazing restaurants. Kids loved the slide in the pool. Cute little beach area and playground for kids.

The are continuing renovations but we didn't hear any noise really. The renovations have done a great job updating the rooms. Its a nice hotel, great location and not ridiculously overpriced like most of Disney's hotels. You get the full 7 day reservation on the fast passes too.

What an excellent hotel! Great location, walkable to the Disney Boardwalk. Easy transportation to the parks. It was quiet and clean as well. The grotto pool felt like a luxury resort pool. Would highly recommend and would easily stay here again !

Overall was a great stay. It’s a shame you have to pay extra to park. No microwaves available anywhere & restaurants were mediocre. Great location though!

The rooms were modified by Marriott with a bland pale gray color scheme and the materials look like a cheap motel. We've stayed in better looking rooms in a Choice Hotel.
The lobby is small and boring looking, the Dolphin's is much better. The deli/coffee shop is smaller than the Dolphin's and has shorter hours. The Dolphin also has a better "general" store.
It's impossible to contact the reception/front desk by phone, you get transferred to a central customer service. I had to go down to reception for help. It was impossible to order room service food by phone or even with help from reception. I needed to download an app!
The hallways and lobby were very cold, I would guess about 66 f. degrees when it was 95 and humid outside. I needed to wear a jacket inside the building. I complained multiple times but nothing changed. The Dolphin's public places were a normal temperature and comfortable.

Amazing experience as always. One of my favorite on property Disney hotels !! Only thing I miss is the character breakfast buffet of the past. Love the boat transportation to Epcot & Hollywood Studios and the ease of going to the Boardwalk area for meals and entertainment.

Was not informed of building works upon checking in despite staying for 13 nights. Requested daily housekeeping - didn’t happen on 2 days - had to resort to ringing down to book it everyday to ensure it happened. Room is starting to look a bit tired and will undoubtedly benefit from upgrade. Great service at il mulino. Beds very comfy. Pool bar was also under refurbishment for part of our stay- when you book an extended 13 night stay and Marriott contact you multiple times before checkin about incidental things they should really make you aware upfront of refurbs

Service is inconsistent, room cleaning can be done at 8am and next day 6pm or not at all. Noise from hotel enhancements and randomly at midnight when they were jet washing with a noisy generator.
Other times service was good, check in was good. Theming lacks Disney feel.
Pool is excellent. Rooms were good.

Resort fee is outrageous for the benefits you get with it

This was our second time staying at the Swan (first was 2019). Happy to say it was just as great as we remembered. The room was very spacious and had a great layout. We never heard a peep from any other room around us and there were several families there. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the pool area was amazing and had a great view of the fireworks from Epcot. We would absolutely return!

Hotel was wonderful, only had two issues. There was no way to call front desk to request towels, a telephone machine took our request but nothing ever came, we had to go down to the front desk in person. Second, they gave us a note at check in that they were doing minimal maintenance and there could be small amounts of short periods of noise from 8:30-6:30. Two morning all four of us were woken up at 8:03 by pounding in the room above us that lasted over 2 hours each day. Not what you want for a vacation! Other then that, place was great!

Sometimes the buses can be slow to the hotel from the transportation center. They are pretty consistent and timely from the hotel going to the parks.
