Friendly staff, nice room

The hotel is a bit dated and the rooms had a musty smell as soon as you walked in. The location is a bit confusing and at first we ended up at an office building which has the same look as the hotel. There is a huge outdoor mall nearby but the location of the hotel itself is a bit difficult and confusing to navigate, even with GPS we got lost and rerouted. The coffee machine was not working, we had another one sent to the room which was not working, then another one but that broke within a minute as well. We just gave up. We stayed in a few hotels this trip and they're all around the same price if not cheaper, this one was by far the least enjoyable property we stayed in. There are cheaper, nicer hotels with better quality amenities. I always thought Hiltons are nice hotels but it did feel cold (staff, the hotel). After this experience I think I much prefer a smaller sized hotel where staff seems to be a bit more personable and feels less "corporate" and stuffy. We have a toddler too but was put in a room next to a baby that was screaming for about 40 minutes at around 1am. We had to be up at 3am for our early flight so needless to say we barely got any sleep. I also felt itchy the entire time I was trying to sleep - let's just say it was not a comfortable stay in all aspects. Luckily this was just the last stop before our super early morning flight out because it would've ruined the trip. Sadly this is one we will not be back.

I recognize that this hotel is a bit dated, but the hotel room was comfortable, clean and well put together. The hotel is reasonably placed by the Dedham Corporate Center T Commuter Rail line so it’s an easy ride into Boston. I enjoyed this hotel.

The room smelled like cigarettes, the carpet was patchy and coming up in random locations.

I found this place to be a bit lackluster. They tried to charge two cards. One team member tried to charge one card twice. Fortunately, he was assisted by a more experienced staffer that helped him see the card was already charged once. When I asked about the second attempt at a different card after I already paid, the person at the desk just shrugged their shoulders and said they didn't know. The rooms are okay - a bit worn, but they are spacious.

Was a great place

Hotel is desperately trying to hang on to a dated building but the cracks are visible. Look beneath the surface and its sad to see such an iconic brand have such a property. Broken shower heads, cracks in wallpaper, sloppily retrofitted door locks, sad gym, broken/loud AC unit. I could go on. I mean they have a gym inside a old racketball court? And too bad bc near a brand new mall development a super close to hwy. Hilton, time to clean this up!

There was a bunny eating outside on a nice little lawn outside our 1st floor door (that opened!).Very nice touch.

Need to upgrade transportations

I stayed at this hotel 15 years ago and surprisingly although they’ve made zero upgrades to it it’s still a really great value and good service.

Great hotel.

No coffee supply’s, air conditioning not working properly let front desk know, still not working after maintenance supposedly fixed. The view to the back of the property was to an abandoned parking structure, with weeds growing in the cracks of pavement. Not what I expected from a Hilton.

It was nice

Room very small and bed lumpy. The two people at the check in were not pleasant. There was no greetings like welcome to Hilton! Not even an enjoy your stay! No smile to welcome the guests either. We asked for an extra blanket and we’re told there weren’t any extra blankets. A Hilton hotel don’t have extra blankets!! The towels could be used as a scrubber, that’s how hard they were!! Very disappointed!!

An hour and a half after the 3 pm check in time, our room still wasn't ready. Other than that everything was great

Easily located just off the expressway. Free on site parking. Our room was spacious and clean. The hotel is located just a short walk from the Dedham Corporate Center commuter rail station which was one of the primary reasons we chose this hotel. We bought a weekend rail pass and rode into Boston during the day. We also bought the concert pass to attend a concert at Foxboro. Awesome experience as well. We enjoyed our stay at this Hilton very much and will probably stay here again. Two things to note: website mentions local shuttle service but apparently that has been discontinued. Legacy Place is a short walk (15 min) so it wasn’t that big a deal because it was a beautiful day. Secondly, unless you’re a fan of feather pillows that flatten to wafers, bring your own pillow.

The check in process took over an hour. We do understand that they were sold out both nights due to a Kenny Chesney concert, but we had booked an Uber for 4:00 which should have given us plenty of time after a 3:00 check in ( which we actually showed up at 2:30 for hoping to get in early as they told us we may be able to on the phone that morning) and we had to reschedule our uber last minute. There was a line of 12 plus couples waiting for check in and the person behind me says that is very common for that hotel. I do understand being busy and possibly short staffed, but for a hotel this close to a major venue and most likely always busy, might I suggest an earlier check out time for patrons if you are unable to get the rooms turned over in time for the next check in.

Great for a last minute staycation with my partner. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. The room was in great condition. Only con I had was the pool was closed for maintenance during our stay lol not a big deal because everything else was perfect! I would definitely recommend!

Room not ready at check-in. At 3:30 pm. Staff was rude. Told it would be possibly 60 minutes or more. Offered no compensation.

Clean and beautiful hotel however the hotel was overbooked. We did not get into our room on time. The wait to get to the desk was very long and slow. The staff was taking names and phone numbers so they could call when rooms became available. Apparently there was a wedding and concert going on at the same time. The staff was very courteous and apologetic.

Very clean and nice. Just stayed one night for a concert, but we really enjoyed this hotel.

The property is conveniently located in a quiet area.

We were woken up at 6:00 am to vacuming out in the hallway, then hammering and drilling. Paid a lot of money to stay here. No complimentary coffee/tea but wanted to charge $1.00 for water in our room. Suppose to have a pool and hot tub and not in service for a long time like months! Front staff was not friendly and seemed like I was bothering him. I wouldn't recommend for the money $$$$.

The hotel was quiet and right next to the highway. The cleanliness of the room and housekeeping was very nice.

Conference space was adequate. Hotel staff friendly.

Nice spot close to Gillette Stadium.

Water flow of shower was extremely low, my 15 minute shower was double the time.

My stay at the Hilton Hotel was incredibly disappointing. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and by the second night, I was unable to sleep and woke up with back pain. Hoping for a better experience, I requested to switch rooms, but the situation only deteriorated. The new room had a clogged shower that flooded, forcing me to step out midway through my shower. Despite calling the front desk and being assured that a technician would be sent immediately, the wait was so long that I had to leave for my scheduled tours, wasting half of our day. To make matters worse, I ended up returning to the original room as the flooded shower issue was never resolved. Additionally, I requested clean towels, which took over an hour to arrive, and only after I followed up with another call. Overall, the experience was far from satisfactory, and I certainly won’t be staying at this hotel again.
