Stayed here for one night after a concert at Gillette. Hotel was clean and staff were courteous!

Very fast check in. I stayed here after a concert at Gillette Stadium and I arrived at around 11:45 pm. I was in my room by 11:52. Very happy about that. Clean room. Comfortable bed

The internet didn’t work even after I signed up on the web. But everything else was great and the employees were friendly and helpful.

Nice place but it looks like that have homeless people living there

I found a bug on my charger when I woke up We left immediately I’m pretty sure it’s a cockroach I took pictures I said nothing to the staff due too other people staying there near the check out counter I wanted to contact corporate

The property & staff was good, what i didn't like was not being able to get breakfast for one the rooms due going through expedia. Which i under the impression it was included

My stay was great except for the fact that the pool was not open as advertised.

The hotel is in a very convenient location and excellent staff services.

The only real complaint I had was that the ice machine on my floor didn't work the entire stay at the hotel. But other than that the stay was fine.

Staff knocked it out of the park front desk & breakfast host. We arrived early & Cam took great care in getting us situated. I’d called couple days ahead to request adjoining rooms & they had adjacent rooms held for us which was fine. Rooms were clean with very comfortable beds & furniture. Bathroom exceptionally clean and well stocked with toiletries. The big downside that sours what would otherwise be a perfect review was mainly the elevator stench and other random extremely unpleasant odors encountered on the way to our rooms. We were in what seemed to be an older section of the building vs tower. Long hallways to elevator that definitely needs new carpet & a good deodorizer (smelled of urine or something like that for two days we were there) there were other smells around the back elevator hallway area also. Carpets in rooms also had slight old smoke odor. Perhaps this was wing that used to house smokers? No idea. I wish I could give a better review but these particular things make me hold back on that. Having said all of this I’d definitely consider staying there again if I needed that area & price is right.

I have been sent several surveys about this hotel and my opinion has not changed. In fact, it’s worse. The room, while clean, was always cold no matter what we did. The non stick liner in the tub was cracked and when I took my first shower it slid all over and I felt I was going to fall. I am autistic, I need to bathe daily and could not because the tub was not safe. I did tell several hotel employees about this and they did nothing. Despite several signs there were no vending machines. The only place in the hotel you could buy anything was a wall called “the market” but there was nothing that I could drink. There was no hotel restaurant so we had to doordash all of our food and drink. The closest restaurant was called Bamboo but they did not sell anything normal to drink. There was no shuttle to the commuter train so we had to uber and pay for the train. The “complimentary wifi” never worked so we had to use cellular data. Overall it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We were charged over $200/night for a cold room and a shower we couldn’t use.

It was good

The hotel stay was approx. $300 a night. I had to ask for toiletries. Bathroom rusted bath tub handle and vent. For a King bed and sofa bed it had a very small bathroom like they just put a king bed in there. Why you ask, because the bathroom had a water sprinkler. The hotel is being used to house shelter or low income families. Then why am I paying top dollar to be mixed in with them. No smoking weeds signs all over. Signs for your car, not to leave valuables inside overnight. The Expedia advertised a pool. No pool access my guest is because they are housing shelter individuals or migrants. As I was turning my key card into the front desk. I witness a male employee hand over a basket of mail and packages to a tenant to help herself to look thru it. I thought federal mail is suppose to secured. What if a paying hotel customer or business customer is receiving an important document anyone could get it. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

Nothing special

The rooms are a little outdated but other than that comfortable, I didn’t experience anything unpleasant. It’s very convenient to all the shops various dining locations, movie theatre and bowling alley across from the hotel, and if you didn’t want to leave your hotel you still have the option of dining next door at Bamboo restaurant Japanese Steak house. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice staffs and decent price

There was no internet which was frustrating due to spotty phone reception. Also, on the second night there was a mouse in my room that woke me up in the middle of the night. The front desk and security did deal with it in a timely fashion though. The phone in the worked sporadically because the cord was loose in the handset. And finally, the cord to the in-room iron was cut and so the front desk immediately sent up a new one. Other than all of that, I love the soap and hand lotion dispensers in the bathroom.

The hotel was nice and comfortable but the wi-fI was horrible. TV stations were hit and miss. Thank goodness we weren’t there for work where we would absolutely have needed our computers.

We had trouble using the keys to enter the room and had to return to the front desk three times to resolve. Finally able to open the door after hotel was going to send someone up to help. Also, shower was unadjustable and we did not like the spray setting. Otherwise, room was very neat, clean and comfortable and front desk clerk was very nice and helpful.

Price was too expensive … took a long time to check in…. Breakfast crew was great … so was breakfast
