The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Mayra at the front desk and the hotel concierge Gordie were great and exceeded all our expectations. Pool bar attendant Charlie made the best drinks and had amazing customer service skills.

The young lady who checked us in was amazing. Very friendly and welcoming. The room we stayed in was showing its age, but we didn’t mind. Spent part of the day in the pool area and had a great time enjoying the sun and water. Strong drinks at the pool bar. The breakfast was okay (they have an omelette station). Are there better places to stay at in Palm Springs? Definitely, but we had a good time and would consider staying here again if the price is right.

The staff, specifically Erin and Laurana, were amazing. We were celebrating our anniversary and they went out of their way to make it extra special. The pool area was great. There are so really great food options within walking distance. We will definitely stay there again.

Air conditioning didn’t work properly.. but they switched us to a different room .. they were quick in getting us moved .. but the room we got had two queen sized beds that were sunken in /worn out.. other than that the staff was helpful and friendly. The pool was nice and clean.. ordered room service .. they were quick and the food plentiful and good..

Renaissance is a very nice property. I was impressed with the decor in the lobby. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The patio and pool area could use some love as it seems the sun has beat up the furniture and flooring. Overall great stay. The main area of PS where the shops are are about 1/2 mile away and an easy walk.

The bar was nice as was the service. The Air Conditioner in all 3 rooms was obnoxious and hard to sleep. The mattress and pillows were also very tired.

Overall we had a good stay at this hotel. Here are the things I wish were better. 1) The pool water was not very clean and seemed like the filter system wasn't working. And it had floating clumps of sunscreen/goop. We notified the pool staff/engineer, but they didn't clean it up. 2) Could not find a place to park in the hotel parking lot on Sat night, when I had a parking pass. The hotel refunded the parking fee for that night.3) On Sat all of the ice machines on every floor no longer worked.

Had to take own luggage to room. Not given instructions about how to claim or use benefits. No pool service for food or drinks. Both pool bathrooms were out of service the entire time we were there??? No explanation??? Had to walk through lobby in dripping wet swimsuit to find a bathroom!!!

The pool was very big and clean and I appreciated that it was t very deep making it great for the kids. Very family friendly resort. The lobby and main areas of the hotel are clean and in great condition. Parking was great very close by and convenient. I love that they had pool food and drinks and a full sit down restaurant nearby

The phone didn’t work, the AC didn’t work (both worked on but phone never resolved shower didn’t work (only bath) and draining of tub took 2 hours. No ice machine and not on 3rd floor either. No parking when I arrived drove around 25 minutes before parking off site
