Great location if you have a car. Hotel was very quiet at time of my visit.

Hotel was dirty and smelly. Seems like a tourisr scame.

Bed was very comfortable, room was very dusty and run down. Lady at front desk was lovely, tried to help us when the Foxtel didn’t work but didn’t end up solving the problem and blamed Foxtel. Bathroom was gross and shower had terrible pressure. Spent the night killing flying ant type bugs. Lucky it was only 1 night, definitely not worth what we paid.

Motel is conveniently located for the shops and restaurants in Lorne. It is run down and the rooms badly need some TLC. On the plus side the bed was clean and comfortable.

No teaspoon to make coffee, room needed updating and grounds were not maintained.

Check in was easy. Convenient to walk into town. Being close to the road and next to the caravan park, it did get a bit noisy at times.
A little dated in the decor, but overall ok. My shower head could have done with an update

Property was in need of a reno, all very shabby and tile grouting was in need of a clean. Carpet was well vacuumed but very grubby. At about $100 night I suppose the price reflected the state of the room. Towels were nice!

For the price you pay this place is a dump to say the least. Upon arrival you call a number and told someone will come down to give you a key. We stood outside and a man came down, handed a key a walked away. Rude and just an unpleasant experience.

If you're looking for a basic room, at a good price this is it. The rooms are dated and very basic, albeit clean.
Parking is very tight, would be fine for a small car, but otherwise there is not much room to fit or turn around.

It was way to expensive for what we had. Office not open paid for a spa that didn’t work. One cup for me and my wife to share.

Paid over $300 to stay here..be warned it is a massive rip off!!
I would give it half a star only because there were clean sheets on the grotty bed other than that this place needs a full renovation or be knocked down!

we asked for a ground floor room because of a recent minor injury, not wanting to face stairs. The room was obviously geared for the disabled, which is fine, but the couch was unusable, the kitchen cupboards falling apart, bed just acceptable. Chairs at the table of poor quality. Why should any disabled person have to accept substandard accommodation?

Prostitute laying over my car in the morning was a bit offputting.

It was a double room but there was only 1 small plate, no teaspoons 1 water glass and 1 wine glass.
The reception was closed the whole time with a note on the door saying ring for check in.
I felt expensive for what is was.

This place is one of the worst I have been in Aust. The reception is smelly and dirty. In the first second of entering the reception I was turned off. The carpet in the room have sigaretts burnt marks everywere. The place is dirty and smelly. Will never recommend this place to anyone. It a bad score to Expedia. It is a real shame you advertise such place on your app.

Lorne is a cute town. I enjoyed the stay here. The room is tidy and large, there is even a coach for us to chill. The view outside the room is pleasant too.

Bed was very uncomfortable. Room was in need of a good all over clean. Whole place was in need of decent renovation. Overall not worth the price paid.

Not worth it. We wont be back. Bed was as hard as the floor, there was no doona, just a sheet and a bed runner, had to get the old crusty smelly blankets out of the cupboard.
