I love the hotel it has been several years since I have stayed there it was my main stay back in the day. The showers could use an upgrade. But a great place to stay if your looking for quiet and relaxing place.

We only stayed one night, but you might want to run the water in the rooms before people stay. I turned the water on at the sink and it came out brown in color and the same thing with the shower and the toilet plunger was stuck and would fill the tank . I fixed it but most people would not. Otherwise all was good.

Experience with hotel overall was good but the restaurant doesn’t even get 1 star for my review. The buffet was highly recommended so we stayed rather than going to a nice restaurant in town. First it was supposed to open at 5:00pm but it was 5:50pm before it was ready. Secondly, the food was atrocious! It’s what I would expect they would serve at my grandson’s elementary school for lunch, an oversized chicken McNugget that passed off as fried chicken, pasty Mac and cheese and overcooked and unseasoned green beans…that’s a buffet??? Seriously?? And then to unashamedly charge us $17.95/plate was absolutely ridiculous! We will NEVER eat in that restaurant again, I assure you! And by the way, there were couples that left after seeing that mess without eating, as well we should have!

Everything was amazing except I would recommend getting better pillows. Bed was comfortable but pillows are very flat when laid on.

Extremely convenient to the airport. This property was not of the typical standard of Marriott property. The rooms appeared dated and due for remodel. The air conditioning was barely cooling on the coldest setting. The staff was very welcoming.

Stuck at Huntsville airport unexpectedly. The sheraton not only couldnt be more convenient but it also couldnt be more friendly. From the front desk, to the housekeeper, to Glenn at the bar, who makes an amazing old fashioned! Everything at the Sheraton made for a really great night stuck at the airport.

The restaurant had great food and Glenn gave excellent service. The only reason it didn't get 4 stars was the bathroom was awkward. Also the hallway had a burnt smell.

It was quiet for sleeping , also really clean . The only complaint was we couldn’t get the drink machine to work on the 6th floor where we were at and had to go all the way down to a store inside the airport to get a drink .

Perfect when you have that early morning flight. You just ride the elevator down and are there at the airline counters. Check in was very fast and friendly. The bartender at the grill was very friendly, the food was so-so, but servicable.

There were server issues at the hotel causing staff to not be able to check guests in. They waited hours before moving to an alternative method. Other hotels would have maybe waited 30 minutes.
Waited 15min in line for breakfast and still was not acknowledged by waiter...left as I was in a hurry, as most people staying at an airport are.

There is no front door or anyone to help you with your luggage . Because the hotel is on the second floor of the airport. The parking is horrible because there’s no doorman and the parking is across the street of the airport in an inconvenient parking lot . You have to shlep all your bags to the front of the airport and get an elevator to the second floor to check in . It was difficult after a long flight when you are tired . The bathroom was very very tiny and it was difficult to close the door . There is a restaurant in the airport next to the elevator when you come down. That’s the only convenient thing about the place . I would not stay there again . Pick another place ( Homewood suites) is better . I won’t go back there .
