The hotel was fine for one night in Bratislava. On a Sunday evening the hotel was dead, no atmosphere. There is a smell of stale cigarettes everywhere but our room was clean and comfortable, but very small for 3 people. We could barely walk around the beds. The staff were lovely. The bar staff were particularly welcoming. Great central location. Parking was pricey but convenient and we managed to park outside the hotel so didn’t need to navigate the underground parking.

Hotel is cozy. Has a very well equipped gym. Its a little old but overall in good condition. There is a casino in the UG floor and that makes the environment, not that great. Overall a good stay.

Terrible is not even the word for the place, it was distgusting. The room was full of dust, the carpets stank, receptionist did not care.

Very nice hotel with a lovely lobby. The breakfast was outstanding, the baked goods were all very fresh and tasty. Freshly squeezed orange juice. You could make yourself from oranges. Made to order eggs. Self service cappuccino machine that you could use yourself for the staff would make your coffee for you; Your choice.
The only complaint was one of the beds in the room was very tired And needed to be replaced.

Room doesn't have a minibar or almost any appliances.
Room service didn't have a selection either and was very expensive.
Most importantly - the spa doesn't work (apparently for a few months already) while the advertisement says it does.

Hotel well located for the Old Town. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Temperature in the room was too hot, even if the thermostat was turned down.

The staff was extremely professional, especially in the dining areas. A spectacular hotel and quite a surprise. Right across the plaza from the President's palace. A ten minute walk to the old town monuments.

The property was in a pretty convenient location and was clean however unfortunately I was wrongly accused of not paying taxes. The check in personnel took cash for it without providing a receipt and did not load them in. The experience of being mistreated due to this on checkout was not pleasant. I was told that I would be emailed once the cameras were checked and have emailed on the status of this with no response.

Lovely hotel just an easy 15 minute walk from train station and just 200 yards from entrance to Old Town.

Staff very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Hotel ideally placed in the old town and close to the bud and tram network. Highly recommended.
