Dirty. Staff rude at check in. It was asif we were bothering them. The pull out sofa bed had no sheets on the bed. Called front desk to have someone bring up sheets tild usit would be about an hour . This was at 1030pm. They never showed up.

Long lines at check in and the greeter was unfriendly. Shower tub did not drain properly leaving you standing in an inch of water. Restaurant was out of 3 things we tried to order. Service was horrible and we sat ignored for half an hour.

It was good. Seems like the Hotel has become quite old and furniture and stuff could use help. The bedding for my King Bed was great and so were the Towels. Could use better soap.
The Bar was good with friendly Bartender. The dinner was rushed so seemed like they couldn't wait to get you out the door.
The Parking needs help. I couldn't find my car and I was running around, and getting late for my flight.. Need better signage.

My family and I stayed last night as a halfway point from Virginia to Massachusetts. The hot tub was the draw for my 3 children. Upon arrival I was informed it was $18 to park (didn’t expect that). The hotel I’m sure was nice years ago but it was super outdated. All that aside, it was one night so who cares right?! So I take my kids to the pool and the hot tub is roped off with yellow tape. Huge disappointment considering this is why I chose the place for the kids.
We needed a bed set up for the pullout and had to ask 3 times until we got it 2 hours later. I decided to go down to the lobby verse call to ask for more pillows later that night since it was such a hassle getting a bed set up. So at 8pm I went down to the lobby to ask for 4 more pillows and the woman in the lobby said it would be around 30 minutes. I ended up giving up around 9:45 and going to bed. I swear to god room service or linens came knocking on my families door at 12:45am!!! They continuously knocked but there was no way I was answering the door at that hour. We ended up leaving at 5am this morning and when we opened the door there was a cart with 4 sheets and a blanket (not the 4 pillows I asked for)
Honestly, I’ve never written a review but I was inclined to solely on the hotel staff knocking on our door at 1am!!! It was the oddest thing and we will never be back!

The carpets look and feel dingy as if they haven't been shampooed in ages. The tops of furniture were covered in dust. The couch had an unpleasant smell. The large window was full of fingerprints and dust. The sheets were clean but the quilt was sandwhiched between two top sheets, which made everything get bunched up. Perhaps some proper duvet covers? Every time we rode an elevator the floors were filthy. Main entrance in front of hotel had everything from banana peels to coffee grinds all over the driveway. The Starbucks food items looked as if they have been there forever. The lobby furniture is so filthy, I didn't even want to put my luggage on it. This place needs a deep cleaning and new houskeeping manager along with it. Also, the shower door doesn't stay closed as it would roll open due to bad adjustment of the wheels. The ceiling in the bathroom has mildew and the paint is chipping/cracking.

The hotel knows that there will be a large 4:00 pm check in for a 5:30 event but have only one person at check in. The line was 5-6 deep and it took 20 minutes for a second person to assist.
Personally, I was given a handicap room. I am not handicap and did not request one. A waste of a specific type of room and I did not receive area in the bathroom that I would normally have.

The pool area was closed during my stay

Parking is $14 I think a day

Very good place.

Room had hair in the bathroom, blood stain on a pillow.

Check-in took almost 20 minutes; they charge an additional fee to park(I've stayed in dozens of hotels and I've never had to pay to park); they charge for their Continental breakfast; the pool was ok but the hot tub was partially drained and the remaining water looked like sewage; no USB ports in the room, dirty walls; dirty carpets; no bags in the trashcans; outdated and damaged furniture.
The fountain area near the lobby entrance was very nice with lots of tables and chairs and lovely landscaping. The smell of the hydrangeas was the highlight of my stay.
The lobby entrance has a beautiful fountain between two staircases that lead to the second floor. At first glance, it seemed classy and elegant. But then I started noticing tears on the chairs and other damaged furniture throughout the lobby.
I payed to stay at a Hilton so I expected Hilton quality. Instead, I got Super 8 quality with a Hilton pricetag.
I wondered how a Hilton could be so bad and with a quick Google search, I learned that out of 7530 Hilton properties worldwide, 6679 of them are franchises. So this place is owned by a random dude who just pays Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc. monthly royalties to operate under the Hilton name without having to meet Hilton's high standards. If any random dude with $200k can just buy a Hilton franchise, he should be required to adhere to those standards and maintain a Hilton quality experience for his guests, from check in to check out. This location is a 4/10 for me.

Carmen and Stacey were AMAZING!

We stayed for three nights, the room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced during the entire stay. We requested towels from the front desk/staff multiple time but never received any towel. Very poor service and management!!!
3.7
Parking was very secure, which was very important to me. Basically it was a very nice room - everything worked right, clean, etc. but what stood out was the AC was quiet and did a great job keeping the room cool.
3.7
Worst property to stay, everything is poor in condition
3.7
Worest hotel ever stayed, dusty, no carpet cleaning, no air conditioning working, no response from front desk no from room service. When I went for check and wanted to complain they front desk manger started asking parking charges. During check in the front desk person said no parking charges it is per of your reservation and don’t worry about it.
During check out the front desk manger showed ignorance towards customer saying we receive several complaints every day. And to make complaint she wants to charge me parking charges. That was so funny.
Very very bad experience and worst experience.
I will ever book or trust Expedia reservation.

Great place

We stayed for one night. Despite the crowdstrike outage which is obviously not in control of the staff. The other services were not up to par. We received a manual key to the door which would not open due to the engineer forgetting to tape the door, we asked for sheets for our sofa bed 4 hours prior to heading out to the city and still did not see any upon returning, the air conditioning was knocking all night making it difficult to sleep. Overall a below average stay but tolerable for one night.

I checked on the day Microsoft crashed, the staff had to check everyone in manually. They did a great job dealing with a difficult situation!

Receptionists are rude. Noise from other rooms unbearable. Washroom horrible.never stay here again. Never recommend
3.7
We booked a double bed and they did not have what we reserved and when i asked, they said that the servicer will book whatever regardless of whether it's available or not. Thats horrible! I would expect to hope to get what i pay for and if not receive some kind of reimbursement. Didn't happen.

The staff is very inattentive to guests needs. I’ve got a toothbrush just after 3 attempts . Just one out of four elevators is working. No breakfast buffet available.
3.7
Hotel is nice from the outside but every thing seemed tired. Front desk was not staffed not even one person was there and waited 10 mins. Halfthe elevators seemed to be functional. Average wait was 5 mins even though there was no crowd.

The hotel is nice, rooms clean.
The checkin process was not easy, but staff is friendly.
The room had no remote, No rooms have hair dryers. The ice machine (floor 6) was broken causing floor 8 to runout.
Parking was $14.
Breakfast is sit down and not buffet and opens at 7:00
3.7
We didn’t like that there’s not enough light in the room, no fan and no microwave which some hotels have. We didn’t get any water at all upon checking in.
We have to pay for parking which is not expected. There’s only one glass in the room. They should have at least 2.
3.7
Our stay was horrible. Their system was down and we had to wait over 2 hours for check in so we were late for the event we were attending.
The carpet by the bed side was wet and no fridge. The towels smell like chemical. Terrible experience.
3.7
Hilton’s system crashed, and cancelled all reservations from 3rd party booking agencies. I was not notified via phone or email. Hotel was overbooked. Problem began at 12:30am, at 4:30 I was exhausted and went to sleep in my car. No accountability from Hilton or Expedia!!! RIDICULOUS!!! 😡

The hilton is conveniently located for my visit to my dads in east brunswick.

It took us 15 minutes to check in. We reserved a double queen bed to sleep 4. My kids bunk bed was bigger than what they have in the room. The shower curtain smells when wet. The hotel really looks nice on the outside. Again, it was just my room. But, I have been in nicer hotel. I can say if I’ll come back.
3.7
The hotel gave us a room that had people in it then stated they overbooked so the king size deluxe room i ordered for $250 went to 2 double beds that was absolutely ridiculous. I will never stay there again!
3.7
Good and reasonable prices
3.7
Solid quiet stay, parking garage wasn’t that great.

The Hilton East Brunswick is very convenient and safe for staying when you need to stay local when attending an event in the area. The lobby is a marvel to witness upon first arrival, as well as it having easy indoor walkable access to the two adjacent towers for business events. Parking was manageable and easy to follow. The breakfast options in the hotel restaurant were plentiful and enjoyable. The pool and spa area was very relaxing and satisfying to go to after a long day. However, the only downsides to it were that there was no guarantee that there will be a mini fridge in every room, and a few pieces of the furniture began showing wear and tear over time; of which include the office chairs, the restaurant cushions and some of the tables/nightstands. It's not too much of an issue if it's only for a few nights, but it should be something that could use a refurbishment. Overall, it's still a manageable and enjoyable stay.
