The rooms were spacious, clean and modern. Very comfortable beds and all the standard facilities. Room service was lacking vegetarian or vegan options. Great for a one night stay.

Lovely friendly service from everyone we encountered. 10 pounds for a g&t nearly gave my mother a coronary, but I appreciate the fact that the the Hotel was not full of people enjoying themselves too much. Great parking, peaceful nights and a good breakfast. Many Thanks .

Nice hotel in Solihull, just opposite lots of restaurants which is very convenient. Polite staff, good breakfast. Far more pleasant and better value than the airport hotels and only 10 mins from Birmingham airport.

I stay in this hotel often with work and the service is alwasy great, but Josh on reception was particulary lovely when we checked in yesterday. We upgraded to a suite which was large and spacious, and the bed was huge! However, it was a little tired and the patio was rather uninspiring with no furniture or plants and so we didn't actually use it despite the weather being glorious.
Overall this is a good hotel, the breakfast is great and the staff are all very couteous and helpful, nothing is too much trouble, but for the premium suite, I had expected a little more luxurious room with a more premum feel.

I enjoyed my 3 night stay in the hotel. I had one problem with hand wash basin as water splashed out while washing my face and hands. Other than that everything was good.

Only issue was that we were woken by noise from maintenance work in the corridor outside our room which went on for hours and also had an alarm going off. Other than this the stay was great. Super comfortable room and bed. Friendly staff. Walking distance into Solihull town centre.

Great location, large and spacious room. Very quiet. Hotel a bit tired looking and breakfast was a bit chaotic but I would stay here again. Watch out for the parking fee which we were surprised with at check out.

Staff is fantastic, very helpful and professional. Breakfast is wonderful and offers a variety of items, hot and cold. Room was very large, including the bathroom. Love the air conditioner. The shower was wonderful, hot water and high pressure. However, the shower is open at one end and water gets on the floor. When the floor is wet, it's very slippery and dangerous. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. After returning from a wedding at 11:15pm and just getting into bed the fire alarm went off. 20 minutes later it did it again. Glad they solved the problem by morning.
Prior to visit I accidently booked an extra night. they hotel was kind to refund me the one day. Overall, a great place to stay. Very central to Solihull.

Nice hotel in great location with plenty shops, bars and restaurants in walking distance. Hotel is nicely decorated with swimming pool, bar, restaurant, car parking at £10per day, rooms very nice with bath and shower.
I have stayed before little disappointed with breakfast this time some of the items like sausages and black pudding were tasteless. Probably a cheaper make not very nice.
Overall a nice hotel, great location would stay again.

Great amenities and property. Located not too far from the Airport and next to a mall and an outdoor pedestrian only street with shops and food fair. Various local pubs to choose from. Less one star because the holiday restaurant service is really slow and sometimes just not attentive waited 30min before I had to go to the bar myself and place an order. Good thing the Euros were on TV. But the food was great. Try the chicken curry!

Overall good stay. Staff were excellent very friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Close to Solihull high street, shops and restaurants.
Double beds were quite small though, pillows were hard and uncomfortable. Parking should be free for guests and not a chargeable extra.
