The hotel is newly renovated and nice, however, the area is not in the best neighborhood and feels unsafe.

Beautiful hotel, very clean! Great stay. Had eggs, sausage and waffles and juices for their breakfast. They are also pet friendly and the fee is affordable compared to many hotels.

First night in Tennessee so wasn’t bad when we really just needed to sleep. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast, nothing exciting.

After signing the paperwork at check-in the man at the desk asked me “Do you need a date?” A very awkward question and one I did not answer. Is this a service provided by the Wingate hotels? After settling into my clean and tastefully decorated room I received a questionnaire from hotels.com asking about my check-in experience. I related the uncomfortable conversation and expressed my disappointment in the staff working the front desk. Fast forward to 11pm and my room phone wakes me out of a dead sleep. The creepy man at check in was calling to apologize for the “misunderstanding”. I was pissed at being woken so late and stated so and slammed the receiver down. It was 45 minutes before I calmed down enough to fall back to sleep.

A non-smoking facility they assigned me room that reeked of smoke. Moved me, on first floor. This room had plumbing problems, sink backing up. Loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Besting and banging all night. People screaming and running up and down hall. Too expensive for this!!

Was a little disappointed by Wingate in Murfreesboro. Definitely didn't match the standard in Canada that I've come to expect. Room was a little rough around the edges. Bed was small but clean and in the end that was all that really mattered. Continental breakfast was handy as well. Wouldn't stay here again though.

Loudest hotel we've ever stayed in. Slamming doors all night long. People talking on walkies or speakers in the hallway throughout the night. They say pet friendly, but our dog was bothered all night long by all the noise. We even had a sound machine. That's how loud this place is

Very nice hotel near the interstate. Clean and modern. Staff we interacted in were nice. Good hot breakfast-eggs,sausage, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, bagels, etc. would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel, convenient location, clean rooms. I don’t understand the sliding barn doors for the bathrooms though; these doors offer zero privacy from sight or sound. There’s a 2 inch gap around the entire bathroom door.

I booked this room due to exhaustion from my trip. I only stayed one night but the service I received was great. Friendly staff and the cleanliness of the facility was great. Breakfast was satisfying and filling. I truly enjoyed my stay. Will definitely give this facility two thumbs up 👍 👌 😀.

It was clean and nicely modeled, however the hotel was very loud all night. You could here everything in the hallway and we were awoke by an alarm going about 5:30am that continued for over an hour. Reported to the front desk and he was very nonchalant about it. Also I believe breakfast could be served a little later than 9am.

The stay was a nightmare! At 4:15am a strange animal in the room , it a cat in the room. After hour of turmoil still the cat is under the bed ! We were put into another room , by then fully awake will terrible night rest was not peaceful, still had a 5 hour drive.
