All are good, except that guests from some countries do not have the culture to take care of their kids so that they yell and jump all the time in lobby and swimming pool.

When passing any staff member, we were always greeted.
Always asked by staff if assistance was needed.
Location accessible to both train routes, the R walk (covered path above the street) connected the hotel to many of the major malls near the hotel.

For a worry free ,clean and centrally located hotel this is the best.You can reach almost every where by the train,by foot or by taxi easily.If not you can stay and explore the hotel and its surroundings and enjoy the best of food and amenities of the hotel.

Excellent 4 night stay made possible by very friendly and accommodating staff. Dining was also top notch with authentic Thai as well as French cuisine at Erawan Tea Room and Gaston Bistro (featuring nightly live band)
Management is experienced and strong here.
Facility is well maintained and clean. Location near huge malls and shrines made access convenient. Overall, highly recommend Grand Hyatt Erawan.

My daughter really appreciated the welcome gift (a teddy bear) on arrival. Staff were quite friendly and accommodating. The hotel is conveniently located in the shopping area (near all the big shopping malls) which my wife and daughter enjoyed. If there is one that may improve the experience would be cleaner windows. I do understand the air quality in recent months have been bad and the windows are dirty because of it. But we had paid extra for the view which was less than ideal. Nonetheless, we would definitely return to Grand Hyatt on our next trip to Bangkok.

Conveniently located in central Bangkok close to Chit Lom BTS. near major shopping complexes like Central World, Gaysorn village, Siam Paragon and the Big C. Close to many eateries at all price levels. Very good spa and we also tried their restaurant, Gaston and enjoyed it. We would definitely come back again!

Close to BTS stops and it's not far to get to those prominet shopping centers by walk. Service is excellent and the breakfast is great. Highly recommended.

I have been to Bangkok now for 4 times and this is the only Hotel I ever stayed in. Great staff and it is beautiful. The Mall is right across the street including the apple store and it is near everything you need to be near in Bangkok :)

Stayed at room 1921. Facing the Main Street with very noisy local traffic. My room was facing the sky train BTS . All day and night , very nosy from motorcycles
and train . Got headache the next day . The hotel should warn us about the noise . Poor management..
