Really nice hotel, good relation price and comfort. Spacious room, bathroom and a nice little kitchenet. The restaurant is in front of the hotel and with a spectacular view. The breakfast is good, coffee machine with basic and essential options. Staff so nice and helpful. Bed spacious and confortable. Good water pression in the shower and good space to have your luggage.

Bangkok is a huge city, taking a taxi is a good option as prices are really accessible but it takes so much time to go to the center, where most of malls are. If you have no problem abt it, this is the hotel where you should stay.

Location is perfect as very closed to Wanglang market. The restaurant is river front which is nice view. Room also quite spacious for 3 pax stay with decent toiletries. Staff (at check in & restaurants) all friendly and with decent understanding in English.

Breakfast was simple and the coffee machine always very long q bcs of the location of the machine & every cup takes long time to make. We arrived 12pm which they said room should be ready by 1pm, so we went out for a walk, we came back 2+pm and the room wasn't ready, we had to wait for the staff to add the additional bed (already stated in booking) so we suspect our 'original' room was given to others.

Excellent facilities in a peaceful part of Bangkok. Excellent staff, good breakfast and nice views to the river.

The ambience and feel was boutique and the staff were great. The room was a good size with comfortable beds. The riverside location for the restaurant unbeatable.

Unless there was something wrong with the tap in the bathroom sink there was no hot water for shaving, etc. Some Thai hotels fail to connect hot water to the bathroom sink but a place of this quality should have it. The food for breakfast was fine however the restaurant could have been better although I am spoiled by having a Thai wife who is a cooking school teacher in Australia.

The boutique style hotel is located in an old Bangkok Neighborhood, next to Chao Phraya River, near by a local market and from the Restaurant Terrace you’re overlooking to the Grand Palace. The Operation Manager Mr Be and his team enabled us an early check in, as our flight arrived early in the morning from Europe. After some issues with our A/C we got another spacious room in the third floor, facing the old neighborhood. The room was super clean and homey. The price was reasonable. Breakfast was rich of local specialities and also intercontinental standards. Kwan and her breakfast team are super friendly and welcoming. For our trips to the city and around we used mostly Taxi or Grab. Traffic in Bangkok is crazy, so always take some buffer in your plan, especially when you have a certain meeting time for tours or flights.

If you’re looking for a quite accommodation outside the rush and pulsing vibes of Bangkok you make a good choice! The location is a bit far from city center.

staff were very helpful. Front desk always there to help even if the language was a barrier, Faii and Gold were an amazing front guest team to overcome the language barrier. Interesting fact is that they are always smiling and had a great sense of humor. When ever Im back in Bangkok, I will definitely would come back to this hotel!

Good location with couple minute's walk to pier and water front restaurants. Wang Lang market is pricey but right next to property. Centrally located to visit Grand Palace and other monuments. Staff is super nice and breakfast was commendable. Rooms are spacious with service apartment style facilities.

Lobby structure is modern but bad design for Thailand weather. Gets pretty hot and suffocating during the day especially when you're checkig in after a long flight. They need to close up and have some aircon in there. Address can be confusing and one way road that leads to property is quite narrow. Elevator needs an aircon as we couldn't breath in there. No views from property so don't expect anything.

Nice staff, helpful and friendly. The facilities and breakfast are nice as well.

A bit far from city centre. Need to take a ship to the other side.

It was a clean spacious room with all the facilities you could need. It was a central location so seeing the sites was very accessible. Good restaurant, pool and atmosphere. Airport taxi arrived as scheduled.

No complaints at all. It suit our needs perfectly.

Perfect location to explore central Bangkok, very easy and cheap to cross Chao Praya river by nearby ferry (finishes at 20:00), over to grand palace and other sights; all else is easy to reach by Grab taxi. Pool was nice to cool down, breakfast was good, nice terrace with a great view over the river, room was comfortable and just right.

On weekdays quite a bit of noise from next doors school, but we didn't mind that.

Loved the location - just a quick and cheap boat ride across the river to the temples and in a wonderful community with schools and a large temple complex. Lovely grounds too. Staff were great. Breakfast served riverside - so cool!

The room was a little tired and, while breakfast had a range of options, it was sometimes a little bland.

Reception staff, bag porters, cleaners, waiters etc are all super friendly and very professional and smiling. The rooms are very well maintained, modern, clean and very functional. Really comfy bed, good sound proofing. The pool area is clean with plenty of lounging chairs with a nice shower and toilet facilities nearby. Wide and varied selection for breakfast, happy hour by the river 5 -8pm Mon to Fri, good menu selection for dinner.

Great location, close to river taxi and market. Lovely themed decorations. Staff were fantastic.

Breakfast had poor vegetarian/ vegan options. Only instant coffee at breakfast.
