Terrible

Upon arrival, front desk was excellent , but when going to room, found room lights not working properly and tv service was garbage. TV kept freezing on any channel. During checkout, inquired about TV and was told there was issues and management would reach out when my statement was emailed to me, still no statement ??? PS: Wake up call was 10 mins late

I always enjoy staying at the admiral for its cleanliness, and super friendly and helpful staff. I fell ill on my trip and the staff helped me with my belongings. They really went Above and beyond with their hospitality and I will be happy to stay again!

Cleanliness great, very friendly staff..great breakfast..would consider staying again and reccomend to friends, very comfortable, just a bit out of the way..great for Uber though !

I booked a king bed, but I was given 2 double beds. I checked in a bit early, the lady said my room was ready, I went up to my room and it had 2 beds but I was a little tired so unpacked and sat, and called the counter 15 mins later, the lady said nothing could be done because we used the room.

I was sexually assaulted in my room by a male housekeeper. I did report it to the front desk but requested they didn’t take any action until my stay was over. I ended up having a medical emergency due to my chronic illness; I had to call an ambulance to be transported to hospital. Upon my return (6 days later) they denied me checking back in because of “safety reasons”. They discriminated against me due to a medical condition and it’s completely unacceptable. Meanwhile they have young girls working as prostitutes out of the hotel. Most of the staff I encountered were very kind and eager to help if I needed something, but it was pretty clear that there is some shady business going on in there. If you just want to go for a night or two it’s probably fine and you won’t have issues, but for an extended stay, I really recommend to book elsewhere. It was a very traumatizing and degrading experience for me overall.

When checking in I was told there would be an extra charge for my Service Dog, I told the staff that she is a service dog and exempt from fees and limitations he told me that the motel has rules, I informed him it was against the law and In contradiction of the Ontario Persons with Disabilities Act and he was discriminating against me a person with a disability. My Dog is. Certified Service Dog in accordance with Assistance Dogs International standards and I have a Dr note confirming my requirement for this dog. He told me he had cancelled my reservation and told me if I kept arguing he would call the police. I told him to call the police because he was breaking the law, but instead he called his manager. After calling the manager he came out and checked me in without any explanation for his behavior. I actually had to ask for an apology which was given reluctantly. I put a note when I made my reservation that I had a service dog. This interaction cause me to have a serious anxiety reaction and I did not sleep all night, if I could have gone somewhere else I would have.

The staff were excellent. The room was very good....a bit small, but very good. Everything you would need - a fridge, microwave, coffee and lots of towels with extra tissue, etc. The breakfast was average. What was not so good was the road noise (even with ear plugs) from the highway starting early in the morning ....and the room I had was facing the back of the property. Unfortunately this would prevent me from staying at this property again.
